Comment : Brought my GMC 3500 truck in for a dent in the upper part of the tailgate.... I very difficult location to work on.... Was hoping the could fix the dent, but was expecting to have to buy a new upper tailgate. Carlos not only fixed the dent by hand, he perfectly matched the paint (a very hard to match deep red).... Multiple people we unable to locate the previous dent.

I also had a sliding bed cover (installed by a different business) that was binding up & not freely moving. Carlos noticed the installer had assembled it wrong, took the cover off the truck, assembled it correctly, & reinstalled it. It now moves freely & smoothly.

The prices they charged me were very reasonable, & Carlos always showed me what he was going to do beforehand, & then again afterward to make sure I was satisfied.

I very rarely write reviews, but I am very impressed with Gresham Collision Repair, & strongly recommend them.

Comment : I had significant damage to my vehicle, both front and back. Gresham Collision repair made my vehicle look factory new. Prior to repair they provided me a detailed, itemized and explanatory quote. Their prices were reasonable, their customer service was extraordinary, and they honored their repair timeline and even finished early .

Both Marlana, the office manager, and Carlos the owner treated me as if I were their only and best customer. I hope to not have to bring my vehicle to them again, but if I will do so with the full confidence of knowing they will do a fantastic job.

Comment : Don't settle for less than 5 Stars
Hit squarely at the tow hitch, hard enough to break the left arm of the hitch assembly and lock the hitch pin in place. I received three recommended body shop referrals from the other person's insurance carrier.
After a Yelp and Google search I was disappointed to see the referred shops had an average of about 3 star reviews. Why accept 3 stars over 5 stars?
Oregon law allows me to choose the repair shop and I contacted Gresham Collision Repair.
5 Star Gresham Collision Repair. From initial contact to completion of repairs Marlana dealt with and became my advocate with both the insurance company and car rental company. They also found other damages related to the accident in which Marlana conveyed to the insurance company and got approval for additional repair.

Comment : If you want both quality plus outstanding customer service in auto repair, I recommend trying Gresham Collision! My first car repair experience for my 2014 Lexus outside of the dealer was at this shop. I had some minor grill and front bumper damage; after repair, both were in impressive, like-new condition! When several of car's illuminated features on the dash were not lit the next day, Marlana responded to my call by assuring me that the shop would fix it right away. Due to the number of sensors in my car's area of repair, a fix was a challenge. But the shop was very determined to find a solution. They paid for a loaner vehicle and, a couple days later, I picked up my car with everything working. This is what I call providing customer service over and above what is normally expected. This shop is exceptional!!
