Comment : My experience was disappointing, lack of communication, was told my car was ready three separate times went three times to pick up and each time car was still in progress. When I finally picked up 8 days after paying my deductible and being told car was ready the first time, I had to take back the following morning due to a warning light on my dash that needed to be addressed. They are fixing it but it’s just disappointing to not have it done right the first time.

Comment : Horrible service, communication and follow up on my vehicle that was sent for a car wreck repair. My insurance sent my Toyota rav to this location for repairs. I kept calling to request a timeline when my vehicle would be ready so that I can arrange transportation and spoke to John and a couple other front desk people. Every time I called I got different stories, dates and times. I was also told every time I called at different hours that once THE manager got back from lunch they would call back and that never happened.

After we finally received our car back the painting work was not the same. Overspray of the clear was on other areas of the car and caused a delay of selling my vehicle.

I do not recommend this company, especially this location.

Comment : A collision, a collision shop, a totaled vehicle, insurance dealings, a disrupted schedule and unexpected transportation needs. All of these happened with, thankfully, no injuries.
Caliber Collision interactions were positive from the beginning, helpful beyond expectation, and quick.
Elysia, Johnny, and Cole acted professionally and their empathy showed in their understanding and willing helpfulness.
The situation was stressful and they each found ways to provide support.
I highly recommend this particular Caliber Collision on Woodstock. They represented their business excellently.
