Comment : I had my car mirror fixed through the insurance from the at fault driver. Caliber was efficient in the repair and excellent with communications. They handled all the insurance work so it was super easy on my end. Enterprise being right across the street is really convenient too.

Comment : I had a great experience working with them for a body repair after a car accident and the process was really streamlined. They communicated really well throughout the process to give me updates on everything if anything changed and the fact that the collision center is right across the street from a car rental company was extremely convenient and figuring out alternative transportation during repairs. Well I hope I don't end up with a situation that warrants needing to use their services again if the situation ever does come up again I would definitely go back to them

Comment : I couldn?t be happier with the work done after my accident. Reece went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner and our vehicle looks brand new. Can?t even tell it was in an accident. I?d highly recommend Caliber to anyone needing auto repairs.

Comment : I was rear ended and in all the chaos of dealing with insurance, I felt completely taken care of by Johnny at Caliber on woodstock. They kept me informed about the process/ wait on a new new bumper after the one they got in was dented! He even saved my sticker that was on the destroyed bumper :) Very good experience and it was really convenient how close they were to enterprise to get a rental!

Comment : I can't speak highly enough about the folks here! Everyone was genuine and communicative. My case was minor, but they did a great job on the repair and in a reasonable timeframe.

Bonus points for not having to go through AI prompts via phone call or text message.
