Comment : Caliber Collision in Clackamas was the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. Service was friendly, informative, and genuinely concerned with my understanding the process and my satisfaction. Repair was done quickly. The paint was a perfect match and all parts were OEM. Updates on the progress were sent to my phone which I appreciated. My vehicle was returned having been repaired, cleand inside and out, washed !

Comment : Major overspray all over the vehicle. Swirl marks where painted. damage to trim. body line not as sharp where repaired as compared to other side. Wax splatter all over the repaired side. Staff is attempting the re-engage with the Ins co but it's not Ins co fault. Still waiting...
