The work was completed earlier than expected which is always great. Car came back looking great, they take their time and do very professional work. I can’t thank Jason enough for making things easy in what can be a stressful situation. 1 Reviews 오봉환목사 Tigard , OR Reviewed : 01/09/2026 Comment : Very kindness 1 Reviews Widitha samarakoon Tigard , OR I talked to Bryan (the manager) who initially thought that the driver side's window not moving all the way up has to do with a bad motor. But after showing him how the track has being dented due to the impact, he agreed that it needs to be fixed. Also, he accepted that the door was not seating properly. The shop fixed the door alignment and window track, but the manager denied responsibility for the steering wheel locking issue, claiming it pre-existed the repair, which is not true. The car did not have a steering wheel locking issue before the accident or after accident. It only started after the repair work. Even if it is due to normal wear and tear, why would it suddenly appear after an intrusive work on the same exact system? How am I even going to prove that the car did not have such an issue beforehand apart from the fact that I just knew it with my experience driving it for more than 5 years? I think at the end of the day, I learnt a very good lesson but in a very unfortunate way. I am heart broken to have my good old Camry being mistreated like this and folks being able to get away with that with conjured up stories. Stay away from this place... :('> Reviewed : 01/08/2026 Comment : My 2009 Toyota Camry was lightly sideswiped two weeks before Christmas when another driver illegally passed me on a narrow single-lane road. The impact damaged the driver-side mirror, door, and fender. The other driver was insured, so I selected a repair shop from the insurer’s list, choosing one nearby with good Google reviews. That is how I ended up at Caliber Collision. While I liked the fact that the shop provided timely text updates and finished the repairs before Christmas, the quality of work and the attention to detail were poor. The estimate oddly included steering wheel alignment, which seemed unnecessary given the minor accident, but I didn’t question it at the time. In hindsight, now I feel like I should have asked them not to do anything with the steering wheel or alignment and only focus on repairing damages actually caused by the accident. After pickup, the repairs looked acceptable, at least in the looks department (new driver side rear view mirror+fender with new paint and the dent in the door which caused grinding noise when closing and opening the door was fixed) but once I drove the car more, several new issues appeared that did not exist before: increased road noise, water leaking into the driver-side door during rain, the driver-side window not closing fully, and difficulty turning the ignition due to a locked steering wheel. The first three issues were pointing towards the driver side's door and I did take a deeper look. I was clearly able to see that the door was not seating properly. Even after closing the door, I could easily see some play (when comparing to the passenger side). When I looked at the operation of the window, I could see the track on which the glass moves had a dent from outside which prevented the smooth motion of the glass. So, I took my Camry to the repair shop to complain about these four issues and have them fix it.I talked to Bryan (the manager) who initially thought that the driver side's window not moving all the way up has to do with a bad motor. Though they fixed up what was needed, the detailer they used threw away everything that was left in my car. I was never notified I could retrieve items. My dogs kennel, exercise equipment and my expensive paddle board were all tossed. They covered my ded and I was told I’d receive a giftcard to cover at least the rest of the paddle boards worth, but never received anything or heard back when reaching out. 1 Reviews Jason rohde Tigard , OR Reviewed : 01/07/2026 Comment : Want to thank, Jason Lee!
