Comment : Took my car into collision caliber in Hillsboro about 2 weeks ago and just picked it up a few minutes ago. Darrel did an amazing job with the car after it had been in a hit a run incident. Looks like nothing happened to it when I picked it up. The repair looks amazing. He was always keeping me updated about the car and the process and is very respectful and professional in the job. I would 10/10 recommend coming here to get your car fixed or repaired.

Comment : A big thank you to all members of the Caliber Collision team at Hillsboro who had worked on my 2023 Toyota Prius after it had been hit head on by another vehicle and had successfully restored it to its original perfection ( as if nothing had ever happened ) I have had a very pleasant experience working with the service advisor Cooper Dezember who kept me well informed of every detail at all stages of the extensive repairs.

Comment : Mediocre experience. Paintwork was fine but everything else was frustrating and poor. Fit and finish was lazy. They simply forgot to do part of the repair, and what was done was poor, misaligned body panels, scratches to paint, broken clips, loose trim. I had to know what I was looking for and hold them accountable

Comment : The car looks like new. To the untrained eye, it is almost impossible to tell the car has been repaired. Took a reasonable amount of time to repair. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and courteous. Highly recommended. Would do business again.

Comment : Took my car in for an insurance repair I was rear ended in February of 2024 I?ve been trying to get them to fix the alignment on the back door because of the massive gap they left and they just give me the run around and it?s been 2 years already. They just say that they will call me back to bring the car in and when I go in person they say the person in charge is ?in a meeting? stay away from this place they left over spray all over the car and even damaged the glass on my window with the sparks from what I assume was a grinder. The rear bumper cover is Also sticking out
