They do fast work, don t try to upsell you on unnecessary work, and above all else come across as honest.I took our Prius in first, loved how they handled it, then took in our Impreza the next week. Comment : Go elsewhere - it s not worth it!Went in for a simple tire change. Left with steering issues and a supposed bent wheel. Comment : Had a check engine light pop up this week, and our dealership couldn t look at it til after the holidays. Called them, since they re just down the street. They offered to let me know what the light was on for the same day, and said if it was simple they d fix it if not at least they could tell me what was going on. Was a minor issue and they fixed it same day. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Comment : Excellent customer service over the phone and in person. Much more affordable than the dealership. I will definitely return for any further work needed on my Volkswagen. Highly recommend!
