Comment : This company went above and beyond in so many ways. From first contact to last contact, they all had my best interests at heart. They helped me get ahold of State Farm (they were dodging my calls) and fought for the best possible outcome. Kendra was our estimator and she was straight forward and answered questions as they came. The estimate and repair process was much easier and quicker than we ever expected!

Comment : I had a really great experience with J&W CARSTAR in McMinnville. Their service was super detailed and they made the whole process way less stressful than I expected.

We had some issues with our insurance, and they helped us through everything, which I really appreciated. I also had a lot of questions about the work being done on our car, and they were always patient and never made me feel like I was being annoying.

Their communication was honestly amazing—they kept us updated the whole time. One thing that really stood out was that they took us back into the shop and showed us exactly what they were planning to do, which made me feel a lot more comfortable and confident.

Overall, they were super kind, helpful, and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!

Comment : This was a great experience from start to finish! The team was helpful, polite and professional throughout and even washed and vacuumed my car before I picked it up! I thought this was a thoughtful touch and beyond what they needed to provide. By far the most seamless car repair experience I?ve had so far. Would recommend 100%
