Comment : Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. Chris was horrible to try and work with and their warranty is non existent dispute them saying its lifetime. Carstar corporate was absolutely no help either and referred me back to J&W collision. Carstar Portland said it was substandard quality work and could they redo a portion of it to make it look a lot better for around $3000. Improperly mounted truck bed hits on one side of tailgate now. Paint job is absolutely horrendous. Clear coat full of debris that was floating around the shop. Window dies not roll up or down properly. Their work devalued the truck considerably. To bad Brian sold the shop it was great before.
