Comment : I'm reluctant to even give one star! This is the worst shop around! I made an appointment to have my not working AC repaired, but when I showed up the secretary went out to get the mileage and couldn't figure out how to!!! Then she asked if my car was tuned or modified and I said yes, and she hands back my keys and says he won't touch it!! Said that's his policy!!':( they screwed me hard years ago on an s10 head gasket by not replacing the head gasket but by using stop leak! So this guy is THE worst kind of corner cutting schiester!!!!:(

Comment : My AAA service towed my car to Jumpers. The mechanic, Dave, did a superb job of fixing a minor issue with my car. The receptionist, Karen, was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this auto repair company for any repairs that you need.

Comment : Stay away from this place. I took my car in to have a sensor replaced, based on an emissions test. It took me a week to get an open slot so I took it. They had my car all day and at the end of the day, when I needed my car for work, the very callous person at the front desk said I could get it and bring it back and they would "try to get to it" so I left the car there. The next morning, she called and informed me that they DID get my car in the night before and it would cost $500 to fix it.at first I said to just fix it because I needed it fixed but then decided it wa just too much money. When I picked up the car, there was a $180 charge for a diagnostics test they did. That showed that the very sensor i told them I needed replaced....needed to be replaced...so that was an unnecessary charge I had to pay. I got the part for $65, had a friend put it in for me and it passed inspection.their attitude, lack of professionalism and apparent dishonest way of doing business should give people fair warning of what they are getting into should they consider Jumpers for any auto repair.Stay away from this place.
