Comment : Stay away from this place. I took my car in to have a sensor replaced, based on an emissions test. It took me a week to get an open slot so I took it. They had my car all day and at the end of the day, when I needed my car for work, the very callous person at the front desk said I could get it and bring it back and they would "try to get to it" so I left the car there. The next morning, she called and informed me that they DID get my car in the night before and it would cost $500 to fix it.at first I said to just fix it because I needed it fixed but then decided it wa just too much money. When I picked up the car, there was a $180 charge for a diagnostics test they did. That showed that the very sensor i told them I needed replaced....needed to be replaced...so that was an unnecessary charge I had to pay. I got the part for $65, had a friend put it in for me and it passed inspection.their attitude, lack of professionalism and apparent dishonest way of doing business should give people fair warning of what they are getting into should they consider Jumpers for any auto repair.Stay away from this place. Comment : I come to jumpers for my 2007 caravan from time to time when I have issues and they are always courteous and ask the right questions. They take time to make sure that I understand exactly what the problem is and how it can be resolved they are always interested in getting you back on the road as soon as possible.
