Comment : When I dropped it off the owner fell asleep at the computer while I was talking to him waiting for my ride. He acted like I was bothering his nap. Two weeks later I got a call, They refused to fix what I wanted fixed and chose to fix the codes on the car. I want my suspension parts installed which I brought with me from San Diego for them to install. Also the owner test drove my car and said he hit a bump and the window motor caught on fire ( never happened to me before). Anyway they were rude and admitted they didn’t want to work on my car and could be selective and which car they wanted to fix. Anyway over $600 later he installed a window motor and switch after they “hit a bump”. I asked do you have insurance for “hitting bumps” he said “no” really disappointed! Wouldn’t bring my dog there! Stay away!

Comment : I have been going to Jue Motors now for over 10 years and they have been absolutely wonderful! Jimmy and Scott always helps and guides us with all of our car’s maintenance. They are very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them as your car maintenance. My daughters and I have in coming here for a long time.

Comment : This was not my first time bringing my vehicle to Jue Motors. Each time I have felt that I was treated fairly and respectfully. I was given clear and thorough information on what was identified through the inspections and service. I believe that the repairs and service were completed accurately and that the prices were fair. My questions are answered respectfully and explanations given when more is needed. I feel comfortable referring people to this mechanic and plan on returning for future service.
