We called them, an hour before closing, and they got us right in. They were all SUPER friendly and accommodating! They made a bad situation much better. I just wanted an inspection pass/fail who cares but had to listen to the whole pitch about what they were going to do to/for me. I was rushed on time and just said yes to get it over with. If a customer asks you to do one thing...do it. Upselling every little things your car needs is outdated and rude.
