Comment : Today, while on our way to a doctor’s appointment, we noticed that a metal plate underneath our car had come loose and was flapping around as we drove on the interstate. We stopped at J.S. Automotive hoping they could help, even though we didn't have an appointment and were pressed for time.

The team at J.S. Automotive was incredibly professional, kind, and fast. They quickly assessed the issue and secured the plate, getting us back on the road in no time. What impressed me the most was their generosity—they refused to accept payment for this small job, even when we insisted.

Comment : We were vacationing in NH and picked up a nail in our tire. While they didn't have one on hand, Kyle jumped right in and ordered one for delivery the next morning. That meant we wouldn't have our car that night and would miss the play we had purchased tickets for. When she heard me discussing this issue with my wife, Naomi jumped right in by offering to let us use her car until ours was ready so we wouldn't miss the play. The car was fixed the next day, we saw the play and we couldn't have received better service from anyone. Professional, friendly, and helpful beyond any expectation. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
