Comment : We were driving through the area and broke down. Not having any experience with the town’s repair shops, our Good Sam agent set up a call with J.S. Automotive. The repair shop’s agent told us they could likely diagnose our issue that day, but after the time it took for the tow to get us there, it took until the next day to complete. They looked our vehicle over, and provided a detailed and comprehensive report of their findings. Most amazingly, the report was sent to us as a link to view online, and we made all our decisions from 100+ miles away at home. Very friendly, professional, and speedy service, all at an extremely reasonable price, that got us out of a tough situation.

Comment : Feel a little taken advantage of After getting a second opinion from another local garage, it appears our car doesn't need almost 500$ exhaust repair. It was no where near where they said it was leaking. even the picture they provided of my "leak" wasn't even accurate I just saved a ton of money by not going here. They charged a lot of money to swap our tires out and then they aligned our car. We now have wire showing on a tire that is just out of alignment. And needs no "new parts ".Brakes don't cause bald tires / wire showing.Seems like they charged us for something they didn't do.
