Comment : I highly recommend going to J.S. Automotive. I moved to the area last year and was looking for a reliable, honest auto shop, and I found just that here. I will be taking my new car here from now on. Andrew was so helpful over this stressful past week. He always answered any questions I had, and was very open and honest regarding all the work my 2013 Ford Escape needed. They really care about their customers.

When I chose to not have the extensive repairs done, they were willing to help me locate a scrapper for my car, allowed me to leave my car on their lot at no cost, and when the scrapper came to pick up my vehicle Andrew had a technician help the scrapper get my plates off for me.

Comment : Had some work done on my daughter's Subaru, timing belt, tensioner, water pump, etc. Before the the warranty expired her car had a major engine failure while out of state. Car was diagnosed by another garage and found the problem was related to the parts of some of the work that was done. I had reach out to J.S. about this and they were very nice on the as I explain the issues. Had talked to them several times and they had even talked to the garage that diagnosed car. It has been 4 weeks now and have not heard back from them even after leaving messages 3 time and leaving a message with one of the managers. What is happening guys?
