Comment : Definitely coming back here again! They fixed my wheel bearing after Ive been going back and forth with a different auto shop for two months about the issue. They took photos and sent a video of what needed to be replaced which is super helpful and they are very friendly as well!

Comment : Highly recommended! I came across J s Auto due to legal reasons (interlock maintenance etc.) and they have been the best both professionally and with helping me with my legal requirements. They have been nothing short of flexible and hen scheduling as I work first shift and the cost for service and other maintenance is not as expensive as most places. Very nice staff and they are very knowledgeable in repair work!

Comment : Do they do good work? Yeah, they do, but at the cost of your life savings. This place will charge you an arm and a leg for any type of work and will do additional work to your car that you did not request and they will not call and ask you first to do so. They will just do it and charge you. I went in for an oil change and that???s all but when I came and picked up the car they did additional work too it without calling me first so I had to pay out more money when I was only expecting to pay for the oil change. Not to mention the woman who works up front, I guess she???s the owners daughter. She is honestly one of the rudest people I ever met in my entire life. If you???re rich and don???t care about the price tag, then take your car here but if you are like anyone else, do not, it???s not worth how much they charge. This was a little while ago and I didn???t do a review back then because the job I was previously working for, used them to service the vehicles so I didn???t want to sour the relationship between my employer and them but I???m no longer with them. Don???t try and tell me that I didn???t get service there, I???ve been seeing your reply???s.

Comment : J's Auto Service went above and beyond for me when my car was in. Especially Christine who took my call. She worked with my warranty company and got them too cover everything!! I give J's Auto Care a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them.

Comment : Great service. Great communication. I love that they keep in touch without you having to call several times. They were willing to dive into my Cadillac when the dealership had me chasing my tail. Some places don’t want to touch your 15 year old car but they were happy to help. Now she runs like the day I brought her home. I recommend J’s to anyone, especially those who are tired of mechanics and dealers wasting your time.

Comment : I have a 1995 Cadillac Eldorado that was in need of a head gasket. I wanted the NorthStar Performance kit installed I got the recommendation from Jake Wiebe's at NorthStar performance. After talking to John i knew he was going to do a good job. He took on the job along with a lot more work that had to be done. I shipped my car from Ct after speaking to John. J's Auto was the best repair service I have ever experienced. They kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. Christine was available for updates. They were outstanding. I got my car back and it really runs like new I would highly recommend J's Auto to anyone looking for a quality repair shop They were super friendly and Very Professional.
