Comment : Best experience I could have after having my work truck brokedown, being and hour away from my workplace. They were able to pick me up and get me up and running in a few hours. We need more places like this. I am truly grateful!!

Comment : If I could give this shop a higher rating than 5 stars I would! I was visiting the area with family for Mother???s Day and ended up getting a flat tire Saturday evening. We were leaving Sunday to come home, I was panicking to try to someone who could repair my tire for me for us to leave the following morning. I found JR???s Garage on Google maps and called them, he answered right away. Panicked me was panicking like crazy and he was so very nice the whole conversation. Even though he was closed, he told me to drop the tire off at his garage and he would try to repair it for me in the morning before we had to leave. Of course it was pouring when we when to pick it up, he told me to pull my vehicle in so no one got wet, and he put the tire back on for me. He was absolutely amazing, and I curl have asked for any better service! I would highly 100% recommend him and his shop to anyone and everyone! Thank you so very much for everything!!

Comment : Couldn???t have asked for better service!! Our furnace stopped working and Jake & JP came to the house within 45 minutes to help. As a family with 4 small children I panicked because it was pretty chilly in the house. Thank you for your prompt excellent service! Will be using you for future services and will highly recommend you guys to anyone.

Comment : I was worried about the brakes on my car when driving from Canada. Called JR and I was invited to take it right over. They looked it over next morning, highly recommended that brake repair work be done and it was ready the same afternoon. I very much appreciated the excellent ,emergency service otherwise I would have been stuck or maybe had a serious accident. Thanks SO much.

Comment : Jeff and crew deserve all the good things I can say about them. We are from Florida and were trailering our 27 ft travel trailer through Penn Yan when the suspension broke and pieces went everywhere. Right from our first phone call, everyone was kind, helpful and professional.Jeff showed up with his crew, got the trailer on a lowboy flat bed, took it to his shop and had it back to us in three days. He kept us informed all the way. I would give him and his crew 100+ stars if I could. Thank you everyone.

Thank you for looking at my boat trailer and doing the tough paperwork for registration after buying a boat and trailer out of my home state. Thank you for being accommodating and getting me hooked up and ready to go for the road. These people fit me into their schedule and went above and beyond to serve me. They work so hard and take their time with their work and their work is worth the money. The care and consideration is so appreciated into the vehicles they work on. I wish I lived closer and year round and if I did I'd take my vehicles here all the time. Thank you for your sacrifice, hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction.
