Their customer service was top-notch, (Omar and Sergio are the best!), the quality and workmanship was better than the dealership I used to take my car to - and they charged less money! Comment : Wow! I am impressed! Extremely friendly and professional staff. I had an urgent situation with a broken oil pan on my Honda CRV. Had to have it towed to a repair shop, and chose Joy Automotive based on great reviews. Omar and all the staff were so helpful and courteous, making my day SO much better. They got everything fixed by the following day, and they even had my car washed and vacuumed when my wife picked it up. Top quality service at a reasonable price.
