Comment : Zach Evans service manager was fantastic! I broke down and limped to the service shop. Even though they were quite busy he was able to diagnose the problem get part and get me back on the road in the same day. I highly recommend Johnson Family Chevy!

Comment : My wife and I were driving my son from Florida to West Virginia when we broke down near the dealership. We got the car there on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 pm and they quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced my catalytic converter in about 2 hours and had us on our way. All the service people were great…Mark, Dylan and Zach were amazing. I would definitely go there again.

Comment : My husband and I were traveling home to Charlotte NC from NJ when we had an unexpected issue arise. Location was right off the exit. Staff was excellent and quick with the repair service needed. Zach Evans and Dylan Toth were great!! Back on the road within 30 minutes.

Comment : I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THE JOHNSON TEAM ESPECIALLY WITH FRANKIE DRIVER HE WAS VERY HELPFUL TO HELP ME TO GET THE VEHICLE I WANTED TOP NOTCH ALL THE WAY. I DROVE OVER THREE HUNDRED MILES TO SHOP THERE. GREAT TEAM.

Comment : My husband and I were driving from Charlotte to New York when we noticed our truck wasn't running quite right. We exited the highway and headed to the nearest dealership, which happened to be Johnson Family Chevrolet-and we are so thankful we did! Even though it was early and the shop was busy, Mark Turbyfill greeted us warmly and took the time to inspect our vehicle without hesitation. Comment : Greatest vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I have purchased over 20 new vehicles and multiple used ones with this one be the best experience ever. The friendly courteous staff made the buying experience a pleasure. I have always hated purchasing a new car because I felt like I was headed into a battle zone of war. High pressure sales people trying to sell me anything even if I didn't want it. This purchase was a no pressure, no hassle experience. Greatest salesman, sales manager and finance guy I have ever worked with. Trouble free experience. I will go to Johnson Family Chevrolet for my next Chevrolet without a second thought.
