Comment : Johnson Family Chevrolet provided me with the best service I have ever received at a dealership. I started with Internet Sales Rep Alyssa and she stayed in contact and kept me updated with my loan application. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted outside by my Sales Consultant Heisel Loayes, she was an angel and very friendly throughout the process with me and my daughter. While waiting the other staff interacted and were friendly too! Once the paperwork was ready I closed with Finance Manager Sean Fleshman, he provided awesome friendly and professional customer service. This dealership provides a personable experience and treats you like family which is hard to find this day and time. I?m so glad I made the drive to purchase with Johnson Family Chevrolet! Comment : I had a serious mechanical failure (suspension & brakes) heading home last Sunday (1/3/25) evening. As an out of towner - I was at the mercy of wherever I could have my car towed to – so I was naturally concerned if I could find a mechanic I could trust. I ended up at Johnson Family Chevrolet in Woodlawn, VA and I can tell you – that was a lucky and happy accident. Not only did they work me in for a same day repair, but they also fixed it for less than they originally quoted. They could’ve literally done whatever they wanted because I had to get home – they were honest and up front throughout the entire process.
We sometimes struggle to find mechanics we can trust locally – so it was a blessing to randomly run across one we could trust by accident. I wish I live closer so I could take my Suburban back to Johnson family for regular service. Special thanks to Service Managers, Emily Pucket, who was just excellent to work with (give her a raise).

Comment : I can't remember his name, Mike or Mark, explained to me about the tpms relearning procedure and why the same wheel would not show the tire pressure even after a rotation. So they replaced 2 sensors and my caution lights went off. I am so happy

Comment : My last review got deleted somehow..?
I have a work van that Jeff Johnson installed a transmission in, after the install the awd doesnt work. It's been dropped off 3 times now and still not fixed. Dropped off last Monday for a oil change and to get awd fixed. Got in van, no sticker telling me of new due date and my oil light wasn't reset? Did they change the oil? And the awd still wasn't fixed. Find someone else to work on your vehicles.
