Comment : I ve never purchased a vehicle through them, but I do not recommend if you have to go through the service department for anything. They had my vehicle for over two weeks just for diagnosis/seeing if the issue was covered under my warranty. The communication was absolutely terrible and when I did get an answer, most of the time the advisor was incredibly rude and I was told that they were sitting on hold with my warranty company for so long and could never get ahold of anyone. After my self and my husband spoke with the manager and they were getting nowhere, I personally contacted the warranty company myself and had an answer within 8 minutes. My warranty company had to call them to get information that was needed for the claim and then after days of not hearing anything I was told information was turned in but the warranty company hadn t gotten back with them. I spoke with the warranty company once again and was told that it was noted in my claim that they had tried to get ahold of them to let them know of the approval but had to leave a voicemail. I had to then three way call the service department to get them the information. it was still almost a week later before repairs were done and I could pick up my car. In total through this ordeal I talked with the warranty company 4 separate times and never sat on hold more than 15 minutes. I know it can be busy and I m sure it s a pain to deal with a warranty company, but being told it was taking that long and that they were sitting on hold for an hour or more each time they tried to contact them is very hard to believe. Also part of their job is to deal with warranty companies, so the fact I had to call multiple times to do that part of their job for them is absolutely ridiculous to me.I ve never purchased a vehicle through them, but I do not recommend if you have to go through the service department for anything. Comment : I visited the dealership to address an engine issue that I thought was resolved on the previous visit. After taking time off from work and waiting for 1 hour, I was advised that I needed to put 200 miles on the vehicle before anything could be done. The engine light was 'reset' by the technician. On my way home, the engine light came on again. Even worse, my Bluetooth function on my vehicle electronic console no longer works!? When I turn on the bluetooth, I get the phone function. This situation doesn't change no matter what I do. I called the service desk to find out if there was something I could do to reset it, I was told that there was nothing the technician did; apparently this was a coincidence?! I cannot believe the level of dissatisfaction I'm feeling.
