Comment : Good service. Need to figure out how to Get the recall done. There isn’t a dealer that will fix it. We have a $100,000 truck that no dealer is willing to handle the fuel pump recall. It doesn’t speak well for Ram service.

Comment : After 2 places in town almost ruined me, I came to the Quick Lube team leaking oil all over. They immediately knew what the issue was and got me back on the road. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate their professionalism and efficiency. It’s hard to find reliable work nowadays and I’m grateful I found them.

Comment : If I could give zero stars, I would. One of my employees brought a company vehicle to this dealership for repairs. The generator needed to be ordered, and it took nearly four months for the part to arrive. During that time, the vehicle was transferred to our Kansas City office, and the employee was assigned a different vehicle as he still needed a vehicle for his job.
When the part finally came in, we arranged for it to be shipped to a Kansas City dealer for installation. However, on the day it was scheduled to ship, Paul Johnson, the owner, intercepted the boxed part - already prepared with a UPS shipping label - and sold it to another customer he deemed “more important.”
This decision has left our company vehicle idle again for months, disrupting our operations. We have a team of 10 employees in this area, and I’ve instructed all of them to never use this dealership again. The lack of professionalism and disregard for our business needs is unacceptable.

Comment : I purchased tires from here in 2023 and was told that my rotations would be free because of the purchase but the lady said I had been charged 3 times for rotations since my purchase of the tires including this time, I was told to remind them next time and they will credit it towards my next oil change or something she stated…. I work hard for my money to have to wait on credits for something that is not my fault or that I have to remind them of my purchase, I’ve been getting my oil changes here since 2017 when I purchased the car and now I have to accept this?
