Comment : They were unable to diagnose the problem unless the code was active. I understand that. What I don???t understand is that they could have told me not to come in unless the code was active and save me a trip and the diagnostic charge.The interactions I had with the staff were fine.

Comment : Took my truck in for a recall and came back with brackets broke on the part that's holds the headlamp and my bumper damaged, called to report it guess the manager couldn't take 5 mins to call me back... will NEVER go back..

Comment : If I could give zero stars I would. The service department diagnosed my vehicle. Charged me 854 dollars for the work and told me it would cost another 3600 to fix the actual problem. Very rude and argumentative. Would not let them work on my bicycle
