Comment : Charged me $210 diagnosis fee when I called to check on the vehicle the first service advisor stated the fee is $136 when I went to pick up the vehicle another service advisor stated the fee charged was $210 for diagnosis so total I paid $526. $210 diagnosis fee and $250 labor for diagnosing the rest was service charge for using debit card.

Comment : I give Johnson Dodge Jeep 100 stars if I could! After purchasing a vehicle in March and noticing issues I took the vehicle back the next day and for two weeks straight from the dealership I purchased it from! Their mechanic could not fix the vehicle or seem to find out they the issue was. I then called Johnson Dodge Jeep made an appointment to do a diagnostic, they called me within 2 days explained the issue and gave me a breakdown of what was wrong with the Jeep! I then called the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from and explained to them of my concerns they were no help at all, they didn’t even try to help me with the damages of $2683.00 It would be to fix the issue with my vehicle. With that being said Dillon at Johnson Dodge stayed communicating with me, let me know what was ordered and how long it would take for the parts to come on. Once the part came in it took them absolutely no time to fix my vehicle and its runs and sounds just like a brand new vehicle! They even offer finance on labor if needed!
