He is hardworking
Honest he will tell you what is wrong with your car and won't make up things to fix unnecessary things. Believe me I know .
He is humble and welcoming and always has coffee and water ready for his customers. I drive 30 min just to take my car to him. He is very dear to my heart. When you walk in to his shop you can see lots and lots of awards that he has gotten.
He is also very nice.
All these qualities are hard to find now days . We found the needle in the haystack and plan to keep him .
Go in you won't regret it.

Comment : This was first time coming to a small repair shop and I gotta say I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mohammed is genuinely a nice person that wants to know who we are. He doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. He wants to help you and all your car needs. My car started to overheat during my commute and he quickly figured what was wrong. The price was very reasonable and if I have any future problems. I'll be sure to come back to this location.

Comment : I truly feel Mohammad was an angel sent to watch over me on what was already a very difficult trip. I had to purchase a vehicle in California to bring a sick family member home. Before hitting the road to travel cross country I ran into ANOTHER body shop and they told me I had a radiator leak and would need to leave vehicle. I quickly booked a hotel and looked for another auto shop nearby to get my car into the following morning. That’s when I found John’s auto repair. I was there when they opened. They quickly took my car and showed me in actuality my vehicle did NOT need a new radiator or have any leaks - he gave the car a once over - showed me how to check my oil on my long trip home and sent me on my way with peace of mind. Thankyou Mohammad for being such a blessing to me and helping me get my “wild horse” home.

Comment : AMAZING WORK!!!! He really cares for his customers and when he brings up other issues on a car its because its actually needed!!! His smog checks are cheap and quick as well. Hes helped me with tire bolts, breaks, smog checks and check engine lights. Hes my go-to since day one! Super kind and overall a great place to take your cars into.

Comment : I’ve never had a better experience with an auto repair shop. Mohammad made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. He was quick, professional, and genuinely kind and understanding. It didn’t feel like I was just another customer. He actually cared. I’ll drive back from Arkansas just to see him. That’s how good they are. I’m not going anywhere else.

Comment : What an amazing experience!! Took my car in for service and Mohammad and his team took care of my car and resolved my issue right away. He was honest and told me directly what I needed and what was unnecessary, saving me hundreds in repairs I didn't need. He was courteous and respectful and delivered his service with a smile! Would definitely recommend John Auto to my family and friends!

Comment : Wow , I wish i could give them 10 stars! Mohammed was SUPERB. I came in for an A/C blower motor issue and most places wanted $700+ which is crazy. Mohammed quoted a price and I bargained with him and he worked with me, giving me a great price! Not only that, at the end he diligently looked for a piece to fix my sun visor for free and fixed it. Now i can enjoy the summer with A/C and a sun visor!

Comment : This place is close to my house so I decided to give it a shot. Mohammad is genuinely one of the best! Every time i come here he is super friendly, hospitable, and honest. He wont try to sell you anything you dont need or overcharge for services. I feel like he treats me as a son! Mohammad will always take care of his guests. Definitely choose Johns Auto Repair!!
