Comment : I had a check engine light come on in my jaguar stating the coolant level was low. I googled Jaguar mechanics and John?s auto care center came up with very high reviews so I Stopped in and made an appointment and they Ran a diagnostic on my car checked it out and let me know I needed a new radiator explained the situation gave me a quote. I left the car there they called as soon as it was finished, and I was very pleased with the customer service and how my car is running I would highly recommend John?s auto care center. They are very customer service oriented and knowledgeable and can Answer your questions on the spot. I noticed they had many customers coming in in the interaction was always positive.

Comment : We took my granddaughters car in for a power issue on a hybrid. The dealer had tried to fix and replace the same throttle positioner 3 times. Did not fix the problem. John mechanic, stayed one night until he figured it out. It was an electrical issue causing the problem. They didn't charge me for all the extra time to figure it out. We will definintly come back.

Comment : Work was completed on a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They replaced drivers side intake camshaft, 12 valve rocker lifters and followers. They also replaced engine oil filter housing with engine oil cooler and fan belt and a head light pigtail. Came with a 3 yr 36000 mile warranty parts and labor. I saved a couple hundred bucks than I would have paid at the dealer. They did a great job!!! Great staff! Once I decided what was absolutely necessary to repair They had it done in a day and a halt.

Comment : Called for a quote early in the morning and they got me in an hour later and finished the work by the end of the day! Also provided me with a loaner car. Excellent service and will be back!
