Comment : John was very nice, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I brought my newly purchased car in specifically for a knocking sound, yet the issue wasn't properly checked and I was still charged $100. If additional diagnostic work was needed, that should have been explained upfront. I left feeling taken advantage of, especially as a woman. I hope other women don't have this experience.

Comment : Recommend by AAA because closest location to my breakdown. Charged me $89 for diagnostics, which basically was verifying what I wrote on the paper when I dropped the car off that night. Brake caliper locked up, diagnostic couldn't have been more than taking tire off and looking at it? No computer needed. Wanted $1400 complete rear brake job, spent $ 250 on parts and paid $225 for someone else to do it. Ridiculous!

Comment : I wish I had a check reviews before I went to these people. I took my 2017 Audi Q7 in for a wheel hub replacement on the passenger side. They quoted me $1700 and explained to me what they had to do to it I had the driver side done six months earlier by someone else and it didn’t cost no more than $600 in the process I watched and it was not like overly said it was. and the owner John overlay told me since I know so much about it. Take it home and put it on my rack and fix it myself which for me that was unacceptable and then told me never to come back there and I explained to him I don’t think you really need to share that with me cause I definitely won’t.
