Comment : Had a flat tire on my way to work today and the guys at Joes Auto center removed the nail and patched up my tire in less than 5 minutes. And on top of that, they didn?t even charge me! Totally turned my rotten day around. Thank you SO MUCH to the guys at Joes!

Comment : Was trying to get my fuel pump replaced for an 03 Mazda tribute real easy no headaches don't even have to drop the gas tank he quoted me $390. Two other places quoted me $200. Go somewhere else

Comment : I have been a dedicated customer of Joes auto on wardlow for over 4 years now. Joe has always been kind, helpful and honest. Now that FRANCIS is running the place i am so disgusted by how i was treated. Came in to get an inspection and he told me it would be 200. told him i would come back when they opened and when i did, he told me he could not help me!!! back story: i came in 4 months ago and paid 150 to see what was wrong with my driver side window and why it wouldn't roll down. after the inspection, FRANCIS told me i needed a new switch. they replaced it and it still did not work. they apply the inspection fee to the service and since i also got an oil change, i didn't owe anything. in fact, they owed me change but that was irrelevant to me. come back this morning to pay the new 200 inspection fee so he can continue to check my window, oil change and to find out why my car dies when i turn the air on. he REFUSED to serve me. he said my car is too old (2003) and he did not want to work on it. i was shocked! so then i said, just an oil change he said no i don't want you as a customer!! im standing there in disbelief. it seems like he was mad that i didn't bring my car back after the new switch didnt work. mind you they removed it and no further work was done. just an oil change. i am so disappointed with the way i was treated!!!! dont come here !!!!
