Comment : Bought a car from this guy Brian who claimed to have worked on it for years and all it needed was an 02 Sensor. Few days later check engine light comes on, in addition now it needs a catalytic converter, Exhaust Flange Gasket, and something is wrong with the Power train system and the engine. I paid $1500 for this car and it is not going to last 1 month. Called so we can work things out try and his associates try to charge me $145 for a diagnostic, I already have and was very rude and disrespectful. Even if you buy a car as is, you should let the customer know what it is that’s wrong. Stay away from this shop., I would not trust this guy they are bad for business.

Comment : Went in for tires. Brian was extremely helpful in finding the correct tires that were being replaced. The cost was very reasonable. It was finished in a timely manner. Thank you. Great staff

Comment : My first experience was not good got charged extra for using credit card just called whoever answered the phone could care less. He claims there was multiple signs hanging all over the office, which doesn?t matter when you buy something and pay with A credit Someone should explain to you that you?re going to be charged extra. You shouldn?t have to depend on looking around to see if you?re going to get charged extra. By the way, Joe showing no longer owns this business so stay away and go somewhere else I never knew that or I would never have gone there.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Finally found my home mechanic. I’ve been in Wilmington now almost 2 years and was pleasantly surprised with how everything went. I’ve been ripped off more than I care to admit. I truly feel that is just in my past. Thanks for good service. Great service!

Comment : Highly recommend!!! I needed help with my Ford truck - I had one headlight out and I needed tires. Brian was able to quickly get me in because I was worried… he gave me fair pricing, was very courteous and did a great job!

Brian was even able to find that mice had chewed on the wiring to my headlight!

I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs their car worked on! Thank you Brian!
