Comment : This was my second time at Joe May’s and I could not give them a higher rating! I had my tire changed the first time and the service was great and the guys there are incredibly kind and helpful! This time around, I was towed to Joe May’s and the guys looked my car over and explained things to me and were so patient and helpful. If you live in the Lebanon/Jonestown area, you won’t regret giving them your business. They go above and beyond each time!

Comment : Jonathan did a great job coming out to get my vehicle in a very crowded and difficult-to-access parking lot. He did a quick and safe job getting my vehicle loaded and taken to a repair facility. Highly recommended.

Comment : Fantastic service. Responded to my AAA call when my vehicle wouldn’t move. Jonathan was there within 15-20 minutes and was super kind and patient with me as I was extremely stressed. Also, my car was in a back alley way that needed precise maneuvering to get on the flatbed and he had no issues. Highly recommend.

Comment : Had some work that I wanted done on my Jeep, knew a guy at the shop and so I took my Jeep to Joe May s in Jonestown. Told them to take good care of my Jeep and gave them a list of concerns for them to check out. The shop was able to schedule me in a reasonable amount of time and once it was at the shop they checked all concerns and were able to identify and inform me even of priority so I didn t have to take care of it all right then. Even though I very much appreciated the thought for not spending more money than needed- I did tell them to go ahead and take care of it all since they had it. They communicate well and I didn t get treated like a stupid female like I have at some other shops. For all the work done, I thought the cost reasonable. They stand behind their work and are a kind, trustworthy and respectful staff. I highly recommend this shop if you re in the area and in need of a place to feel comfortable getting your vehicle fixed.
