Comment : I bought a 2015 Hyundai Elantra from here. It was for my son for his first car. We bought it in April but it hasn't really been driven. It was a great price, we drove 1.5 hours to buy it. We did have some issues with it, but Mike the service manager was absolutely Amazing!! They rectified the situation and took care of everything. Mike was very pleasant and very helpful. I would highly recommend using them!! When we go to look for another car for our next son, I will be sure to look her and purchase from them again. You won’t regret using them! Customer service was unbelievable and something you don’t get anymore!!

Comment : I bought a 2015 Hyundai Elantra from here. It was for my son for his first car. We bought it in April but it hasn’t really been driven. We drove it about 500 miles and the check engine light came on. It was a transmission sensor. We got that fixed for $200. Took it to Hyundai for the recalls. They tell us that the oil pan is leaking and it needs new control arm bushings. There is absolutely no way the garage didn’t know the oil was leaking. I now realized there are spots where the car is parked from oil. I thought we were getting a great deal but they just wanted to get rid of it so it wasn’t their issue. I reached out to the sales person, Anthony, and he’s been no help either. Anthony stated it was looked over before being sold. Well a blind mechanic must have looked at it to miss the oil leak. That is not something that just happened and the bushing. I would not recommend buying from this shady garage unless you want to drive of the lot and have multiple issues with no help from them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!

Comment : Took and extra $500 for a 3 months warranty and never paid the warranty company so now I'm sitting with a broken car the he sold me knowing its gonna break. I literally drove it 300 miles that's it.

Comment : This was my second time at Joe May’s and I could not give them a higher rating! I had my tire changed the first time and the service was great and the guys there are incredibly kind and helpful! This time around, I was towed to Joe May’s and the guys looked my car over and explained things to me and were so patient and helpful. If you live in the Lebanon/Jonestown area, you won’t regret giving them your business. They go above and beyond each time!
