Comment : Mike was great! Mike was super personable and kind. Christian and Joshua were also great in finance. Although I did not end up financing, they were both super helpful and very swift with all of the paperwork. I could not recommend Mike and those guys enough. Also, Mike has the best restaurant recommendations! Every place he told us was PHENOMENAL. If you go, ask Mike for a good restaurant recommendation, thank me later!

Comment : I found a vehicle online that was just what I was looking for, and it was at Joe Machens. I left a message and was contacted by Shane Jackson. Since we live several hours away, Shane suggested I apply online for a loan to get that out of the way. We were back and forth over the morning communicating--and boy, was he quick to reply. Unfortunately, I couldn't qualify for a loan. Shane exhausted all avenues to help me, and then when we realized I would have to let this opportunity go, he was so kind. I don't think in my 40 years of adult life that I've ever had such a wonderful auto salesman before! He even engaged with all of my "old-lady small talk". 😀
I am keeping his number for when I am in a position to buy my next vehicle.
