Comment : The guys here we're so helpful! I was there from out of state to tow a boat back home for my son. I couldn't find the ball pin key. I pulled in there, Justin took a look and said he had the cutter to do it, pulled in the truck and 10 minutes later it was done. They didn't even charge me. They saved the day! I'm so thankful they were willing to help me out on the spot.

Comment : I called around all day, looking for someone to change my transmission pan and filter. no one in town wanted to touch it even the dealership.
This was just a maintenance procedure, the transmission was fine. And despite Chrysler saying the trans is sealed and the fluid is lifetime, and then won’t change it . Everyone was afraid they would mess it up .
Jody service center was the only one that would take the job and was competent/skilled enough to follow the refill procedure.
I’ve waited a week or two to write this review and the truck is running great no leaks. I would definitely have them do it again in 75,000 miles

Comment : I was helping a buddy of mine move and on the way back the water pump locked up on us

We didnt know where to look but we found JASC on my maps, we called and we got a tow to the shop and they diagnosed it within decent timing

Im not good with names but everyone was helping with providing us info as they worked

They got the truck ready to go the next mid morning, they were fast and reliable on getting us on our way.

Almost back home and the truck is running good with no issues, we appreciate how smoothly everything went and if we ever get into another predicament like this I know who I will call for help.

I had a great experience getting my oil change done by Alex! He was super professional, efficient, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my car was good to go. It’s not often you come across someone who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely kind—Alex really went above and beyond. Highly recommend him if you’re needing service!
