Comment : Had some issues with towing this last time, but Jody's went above and beyond to make up for it. Stayed in contact with us to let us know what they were doing and had my car road ready in just a few days.I have used them often and would recommend If you have any issues I recommend speaking to them about it and not let yourself feel ignored. They will listen. (Honestly 2025 was the first issue I had, though I have never needed to work with their towing department and can tell you they may be linked but the shop crew is much kinder.)Had some issues with towing this last time, but Jody's went above and beyond to make up for it. Comment : I am pleased that my auto was repaired so quickly, but - I am retired and I was self employed all my working life and I never placed a service charge for type of payment. I learned long ago that recurring customers is what business is all about, and people generally don t walk around with wads of cash and or go thru the hassle of check writing. Comment : Well I won't go into details. I'll keep it short and straight up like it is.This place royally took advantage of us. After paying $2330.00 we couldn't even drive our vehicle home. We had to have it towed to our property, could not even start it.( We drove there with no problem) So now we paid $2330.00 can't start it,will not drive even if it started. There is oil everywhere under the hood and it was clean not a drop of oil was under the hood. We stuck the key in when we got it off the tow truck and the starter is hung...i could go on and on and on but what's the use. We got ripped off and now we don't have a truck to drive....AND WHAT DO THEY HAVE TO SAY TO US... Not let me refund SOME of your money, just give me $1000.00 more and I'll do this and this....Are you kidding me? How do you people sleep at night? This is a hard pill to swallow to say the least and another hard hard lessoned learned. I pray to God no one has to experience anything even close to this at Jodys muffler in Van Buren Arkansas.As always God will get us through this it's just pretty pathetic to do people this way. Comment : Cole, was friendly and helpful, got me in for my oil change and out very quickly! I even received a report with pictures on the status of the other systems in by a text message from him. It was a great experience!
