Comment : SCAM! Going to call the BBB which was actually recommended I do from another shop. And call my credit card company. I took my 2013 Civic Saturday morning. Got there within an hour of them opening for a brake and light inspection. After 3 hours of the car being there they said I didn’t leave the keys (okay my bad) so I take 25 mins to come down and drop them off. At around 3:00pm I noticed there was no call or anything after my car being there 7 hours at this point. I call them. Steve the mechanic starts telling me all the problems my car has and immediately is ready to quote me because I didn’t pass the inspection. This car had the inspection done in January.then the car Sat and was driven maybe 60 miles and then taken to this shop to redo test only . He gave me the list of items that needed repair but it was hard to believe after 60 miles all these failures happened, especially the stabilizer bar issue he claimed. So irritated I pick it up and Steve continues to tell me he isn’t there to make money (seriously he repeated this so many times), I guess he works for free??? The entire exchange was horrible. I paid 295 to be scammed and he told me 10 days to fix and he’ll retest for “free”. Well today I went to another shop because I couldn’t stand taking my car back to these thieves and I doubted every word from Steve…. I didn’t fix a thing, didn’t say a thing. And passed the inspection, just got off the phone and told the guy what JJ auto service said. He immediately told me he will take pictures and to contact the BBB and my credit card company.

Comment : I called ahead of time to do a smog check and if they can do it on my older vehicle (I gave them the make and year and milleage). They said yes to the smog check but when I got there the owner got really upset because I guess he doesn't like running the machine. So in the end I went somewhere else.

Comment : I think we have separate options but jj misdiagnosed my car and still have same issues they just might be very busy and just pit on their paperwork what's wrong and that costumers state when I never said what was wrong g with the car ,nice people thou bad mechanics in my opinion.
