Comment : I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and lack of attention to detail from this company after repairing my car from an accident.

They performed an alignment on my vehicle but failed to check the tie rods, which should have been part of a proper inspection after an accident. Because of this oversight, I had to pay for another alignment shortly after getting my car back.

On top of that, my window was damaged during the repair process and now it will not roll up or down anymore, something that was not an issue before they worked on my vehicle. They also failed to repair the outside temperature sensor on my car, even though it was clearly damaged as a direct result of the accident and should have been addressed as part of the repair.

When you trust a repair shop with your vehicle after an accident, you expect the work to be done thoroughly and correctly the first time. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I now have additional problems and expenses because things were either overlooked or damaged during the repair process. I would strongly recommend others double-check the quality of work done here before leaving with their vehicle.

Comment : I had such a great experience with Crash Champions from start to finish. Their response time in getting me scheduled was incredibly prompt, and the whole process felt effortless. They gathered all the necessary information quickly and made everything simple on my end.

I really appreciated their willingness to schedule my repair as soon as possible ? they understood the urgency and made it happen. Their relationship with Enterprise made getting a rental car seamless, which took so much stress off my plate during the repair process.

They kept communication minimal but effective, sending just the right amount of text updates to keep me informed without overwhelming me. Throughout it all, their team was friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with.

Highly recommend if you?re looking for efficiency, professionalism, and a smooth experience during what can otherwise be a stressful time.

Comment : I have Taken my truck 2 separate times to them now. And each time im very impressed the quality of work they do. Its impressive . Looks better then when it was brand new. Thry go above and beyond. No shortcuts and believe me I looked for it. They don't even reuse the old screws even those are new. I'd highly suggest ypu take your repair to them. They even do the clear plastic lineing on your wheel wells and hood some trucks come with. Perfect work. These guys dont just have a job they must have a passion for fixing up cars. Dont get that quality of work if you dont enjoy it
