Comment : The only reason I brought my car to this shop in the first place was because it was the only place that would get my car in sooner than a week out. I sorely paid for that decision afterwords as my car sat in the lot for a whole month before my insurance agency had even heard from him. Every time I called his shop I just went to voicemail and even when I left a voicemail he never got back to me, most of the time I would call 3-4 times a day during his "work" hours and rarely got anyone to pick up. After finally getting the text that my car is done, I picked it up and after 20 miles my car threw emissions codes. When I checked the O2 sensor at fault, I noticed the 3 nuts that hold my catalytic converter on were missing with only one rounded off nut holding it together. I will not be letting him touch my car again and have been trying for the last 3 hours to get this nut off to replace all three. I also noticed that the ground cable for the engine was snapped from when they likely forgot to remove it and lifted the engine out. My rear driveline now leaks oil and to compensate it seems they just filled my engine with extra as the dipstick reads way over the high limit

Comment : Waited an hour for an appointment, and he never showed up. This was after confirming the appointment 15 minutes before we arrived with him. I wouldn't trust him to work on anything. Lots of junk around, he doesn't take care of his own vehicle or property, how can he be expected to take care of yours.

Comment : Jim is the only mechanic I go to he is very understanding and makes sure to tell me exactly what's going on I been taking cars to him for years now and will never change

Comment : Jim got me right in, answered all my questions, and was friendly and upfront. I will probably visit this business again in the future!
