Comment : I called AAA & Colby came to jump start our Toyota Highlander. After inspection, he advised it was dead; I needed a new battery. While talking with him, I mentioned other things the car might need and he informed me that Jim's Auto does mechanical as well as paint & body work and detailing. He took my car and after a diagnostic informed me that all it needed was a battery and tires! I appreciate Jim's honesty. Jim and everyone that I dealt with with was knowledgeable, professional, nice and helpful. Thank you! Highly recommend. Brenda

Comment : Had two dead batteries they came out and handled both of them! The owner was super helpful and walked me through the issues with both cars. Both vehicles had different issues and he was able to tell me what was going on with both of them.

We’re also new to the area and the owner was able to give us a some great tips and information about the area.

Comment : Our van wouldn't start suddenly and after many attempts to handle it ourselves, we gave AAA a call. They sent us Jim's Auto, Inc and we couldn't be more satisfied. It was a great experience given the circumstances. The man who helped us first tried jumping the van to rule it out and then ended up towing it. He was very friendly, communicative and professional! Watching him set up the tow truck gave a me a ton of confidence he wasn't going to hurt my van (I love my van haha!) - he did an awesome job! He even thought to roll up my windows! I think his name was Joshua. Thanks Joshua and Jim's Auto/Towing! 💪 🛻🪝

Comment : We had a breakdown on the way to a family reunion in Pennsylvania. Jim’s Auto towed the car in and made it a priority to diagnose and fix the car first thing the next day. We were able to be back on the road by the afternoon and make it to our reunion. Six weeks later, all repairs are still great. We would highly recommend the service and work quality.

Comment : My brand new car was hit in the front and it needed to be fixed. My neighbor recommended Jim's Auto and I am SO GLAD HE DID. They fixed my car beautifully and quickly. AND, it was much more affordable than the other quote I got at another collision repair place. I AM HAPPY and will recommend Jim's without reservation. Thanks guys!!!!!
