Comment : Excellent service my car went down on a coolant leak I called the tow truck it took it to Jimmy's garage by 5:00 in the afternoon they repaired it and I picked it up the same day don't waste your time with any other mechanic give Jimmy's Automotive a chance to fix your car he will do it right the first time he does not do rework and he did it in such a timely manner I am 60 years old and I never experience a mechanic to fix your car the same day it got towed don't waste your time at the dealership keep this company in mind and keep it going they are good people five plus star rating for me

Comment : Lies, lies. Said I needed $800 tie rod, next place said nothing wrong with the rods, said I needed new brakes and rotors $600. Next place said brake pads had life left and rotors were fine. Said all 4 of my tires were dry rotted on the inside $1200 and I wonder….. tread was fine. Charged $175 for diagnostic and never fixed the problem I brought it there for. Won’t be back.

Comment : I had such a wonderful experience here! The team at Jimmy's is kind, professional, and transparent -- I brought my 2008 Hyundai here after it began mysteriously stalling (and after the dealership told me that it was just an EVAP leak/code error). These guys had my car properly diagnosed and fixed the day of, and they communicated very clearly about the entire process, which felt intentional and thorough. I really felt like I was in great hands the entire time -- and driving my car now I can FEEL the difference (no stalling, and it handles so much better!). Jimmy's gained a long-term customer this week. Thank you so much for your care and expertise.

Comment : This was my first visit to Jimmy’s I had an electrical issue with my vehicle they traced down the problem fix it and got me back on the road. They offer loaner cars and they gave me a detailed list of maintenance issues with my vehicle in order of importance with pricing. The shop is clean and very professional.

Comment : To start off, my daughter is driving from Florida to Pigeon forge, and I am from Maryland, got a call she broke down 2hrs from our destination, JT from Hattens towing towed to Jimmys( JT recommended Jimmys and was excellent and full of info). Spoke with Brian, Jimmys checked out car and gave me the diagnosis the same day. Car needed a motor and Brian got right on it, they knew we were only in town for a week, 4 days later, had a new motor installed and my daughter was able to drive back to Florida when our vacation ended. Jimmy's Automotive went far and above our expectations! Very highly recommend, great customer service. Thanks again Brian and the crew at Jimmy's Automotive.
