Comment : They give you a very in depth report but they’re certainly going to try to sell you on services that aren’t necessary (for an insane price as well). Use the report they give you and get a second opinion before you agree to everything they’re trying to sell you on. They tried telling me to change all four of my tires when they gave me a report saying that my back ones were good. In the end, I paid $900 for two tires and diagnostic fees after they tried selling me on $5k of total work. They’re a great shop if you want a detailed report of the condition of your car but it really kind of ends there.

Comment : Met at the counter with a big smile and a "How may I help you". They took the information, looked at the computer, hit a few keys strokes, went over the service request with me and then I took a seat. Less then an 30 minutes later I was given an update. Unfortunately they found a few more issues that needed attention. Informed them to make the repairs, got a loaner car, returned 5 hours later, paid the bill and went home. Jimmy's automotive is ran like a well oiled and finely tuned machine. Can not ask for more.
