Comment : The Service Advisors were Courteous ,Professional and Responsive, and the prices are reasonable.
The repairs were done in a timely manner as promised and I would recommend Jimmy’s Automotive to anyone who is in need of auto repairs !

Comment : Saw your response to my husbands 1 star. He didn’t sign I did. You also didn’t tell me what I was signing. I paid to pick up our car but no one clarified what was to be signed. I don’t recommend coming here for anything car related. I do think staff should have gone over what they did while I was there to pick up. Running a card and signing a card pad without telling your customers what they are signing is not right.

Comment : We chose Jimmy's because of the high ratings, but after giving them $300 dollars to perform a brakes diagnostic only to have them say "Your brakes still have good life in them. Our recommendation is to replace them" I can say with confidence my money and time was wasted. I emailed asking to rectify the situation with no response. This is bad business.

Comment : Jimmy's is the best auto shop I've ever been to hands down. They scan your entire car when they do anything to it and give you options. They aren't pushy about it. And they even have come in under estimate before because 'it was cheaper than they thought it would be'. WHO DOES THAT NOWADAYS?! The answer is nobody folks. Do your car and your wallet a favor, quit looking for other places and just call the nice dudes at Jimmy's.
