We?ve been working with Stella Ptacek who is extremely knowledgeable, and she has really taken the time to listen and get to know us and understand our family?s needs. She has gone above and beyond, staying in contact and checking in regularly to share different vehicles with us as they have become available. I highly recommend Stella as it?s so rare to find a salesperson who is enthusiastic and committed to the cause without being pushy! She is truly a pleasure to work with.

Comment : My husband and I were out to breakfast and randomly drove down to Grants Pass Automotive just to take a look around not expecting much. We worked with Robin in the past. So we knew that's who we knew we wanted to work with again. She made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was kind and knowledgeable. She let us look at cars in the price point, but also mentioned that a new car could be possible. She was RIGHT, and got us into a 2026 Chevrolet Trax. I couldn't be happier with our purchase. To make things a little bit sweeter we received a thank you card with a coffee gift card a few days later.
I highly recommend going here if you are looking at getting any kind of vehicle.

She was able to get us answers. Our lightly used car was exactly what we were looking for at a price far less than we expected. Our trade in value was very reasonable. Comment : From the moment I talked to Renee Triller at Grants Pass Automotive I knew it was going to different from all the other dealers. I had been shopping for a new Honda Pilot and Grants Pass Automotive was the 5th dealer I had talked with. The problem was I needed a certain color on a Honda Pilot and they were able to get that car. Renee's communication skills are top of the class. All the other dealers told me they could not get the color I wanted in a timely fashion. I had almost given up. Renee came to the rescue. I live in Hawaii so the car is not here yet but she took pictures before it left and it looks fantastic. Buying a new car can be stressful but Renee and all the staff at Grants Pass automotive gave me the peace of mind I needed.
