Comment : From the moment I talked to Renee Triller at Grants Pass Automotive I knew it was going to different from all the other dealers. I had been shopping for a new Honda Pilot and Grants Pass Automotive was the 5th dealer I had talked with. The problem was I needed a certain color on a Honda Pilot and they were able to get that car. Renee's communication skills are top of the class. All the other dealers told me they could not get the color I wanted in a timely fashion. I had almost given up. Renee came to the rescue. I live in Hawaii so the car is not here yet but she took pictures before it left and it looks fantastic. Buying a new car can be stressful but Renee and all the staff at Grants Pass automotive gave me the peace of mind I needed.

Comment : I highly recommend Robin Bresley from my experience of buying a car through her at Grants Pass Automotive. She was kind, calm, friendly and very knowledgeable about how to work with my list of what I needed in a car and what I wanted working to help me prioritize the right car for me and my needs and a price I could manage. She was the opposite of the often perceived pushy, aggressive sales person. I am so happy with my new to me 2017 Kia Soul Exclaim. I would happily buy my next car from her. Also everyone in the dealership was a pleasure to work with starting with my call to find out about a car I was looking at on the internet listed at their dealership.

Comment : Bought a new Nissan from Grants Pass Nissan my sales person who's name is Stella Ptacek she was the best very sweet and very knowledgeable about the car and so easy to work with so go buy your next car from her you won't regret it.
