Comment : I called about having my transmission rebuilt and from the start of the call the gentleman was very rude talking to people I. The background asked again the year make and model I told him the transmission was pulled out the car he said he would not be able to find parts I said I can get the rebuild kit from a classic car parts and bring that also he screamed into the phone and said what you can't here me I said we "ant Gona do it" than asked me if I was deaf very unprofessional very rude I've Hurd the work is great but that person needs to be fired highly disappointed not in the fact they can't do it but the attitude of the man

Comment : Took 2 other vehicles there for routine maintenance (transmission fluid changes), no issue. I go to take a 3rd vehicle and this grumpy elderly fella (named K.C. Or Casey) starts shoving his finger in my face and telling me not to change the fluid on my 3rd vehicle because he???s been doing this for 40 years and he knows better. I would have been happy to listen to his opinion but they didn???t even look at the vehicle. Definitely need to talk to customers with a little more respect. My guess is they were too busy to take any more vehicles because the parking lot was packed with cars. Comment : I've taken my Mustang here twice and had exceptional service both times. These guys even took a look to see if my issue was in the transmission when I am having trouble getting actual mechanics to look at my car (because it is a remanufactured engine that I installed myself).This place does good work. Comment : Just wanted too say thank you for Mr. Schwatzman who gave me a courtesy ride after dropping vehicle off. I just want to say thanks for the fast professional very fair price of replacing our transmission, it was at Ourisman Dodge the dealer we purchased it at just 2 days shy of a month with absolutely no work or information on repairs, we pulled it out of there and from the day we dropped it off until the day we picked it up they put in a temanufacture tranny and got it done almost a week earlier then quoted. If anyone needs any recommendations about the work they do, well the years they been in business days it all. The integrity of this business is great and they really take pride and help their customers. Anyone needs replacement or service do not hesitate taking it to Jim Jennings Transmission you will be very glad you did. Zach was straight up from beginning to end.
