Comment : I haven't purchased a vehicle from this dealership yet, but I have experience with the service department since 2020. Service Advisor Corey has always taken good care of me. My XC90 was in for the 60K service recently and Corey made sure to keep me in the loop during the process and let me know about a couple of other small things that needed attention. Corey and the service team took good care of my XC90.

Comment : My experience with Jim Fisher Volvo was exceptional from ordering to picking up my new XC60 plug-in hybrid. Salesman, Mike, was thorough and a good communicator throughout the process. My car was impeccably prepared for me to pick it up and, again, Mike spent a lot of time sitting with me in the car before I drove off the lot, making sure that I understood the nuances and processes of owning a car other than my former gas powered XC60. The owners and the credit manager were also engaged in my process and very personable. I highly recommend Jim Fisher Volvo!

Comment : We will always be loyal customers of Jim Fisher Volvo! We have been proud owners of 9 Volvos over the last 30 years and loved them all, including a 1999 cross country wagon we brought our first daughter home from the hospital in and that was the car each of our daughters drove. As the picture shows, at one point our driveway proudly displayed 4 Volvos 😊 We have had the best service from Dale who is like buying a car from an old friend, and we love that Jim Fisher is a true family owned business! SO excited to have picked up our new 2026 EX40 this week!

Comment : Very experienced and professional staff. They even provided an office-like workspace so I could stay productive while my car was being serviced. Every team member—including those outside the service team—was courteous and attentive, making sure I was well taken care of. Overall, a great experience both technically and from a customer service standpoint.

Comment : Jim Fisher Volvo delivers excellent service. My service advisor, Nick, walked me through all the details of the scheduled maintenance and had the car ready by the promised time, including having it detailed. When I picked it up, we went through the inspection report - battery status, tire wear, brake wear, etc. - and I left knowing that my Volvo was in prime condition as well as looking factory-new. Kudos to Nick and the service team, and a strong recommendation for this dealership, whether you're buying a Volvo or having one serviced.
