Comment : I had a very bad experience with service department. I have a Black Label Lincoln. You pay more for the Black Label. A perk of this is supposed to be great service. They do not honor that at this dealership. I wish I had saved my money.

Comment : Honestly this place is usually pretty awesome. Hopefully this is a one off but we took my wife's car in to get an oil change and it took them two and a half hours... we were the only ones there. Plus when we finally got the car they charged her to replace the lug nuts because apparently the manufacturer lug nuts that came with it were defective... which I'm still confused on why we get charged for their error. To top it off they usually wash the vehicle before bringing it out and they didn't this time. So long wait, unexpected charges, and no wash are the main reasons for the review.

Comment : My wife and I have bought three vehicles from them.  They took care of all problems and had few problems with the f150 or Lincoln's. There protocols for COVID-19 are not great, but give them a call before you go and explain your concerns. I'm sure they will help.  Would I buy another car or truck from them?... probably.
