Comment : If you're looking for a reasonably priced auto repair shop, KEEP LOOKING, Jewel replace a short piece of air conditioning line on my Hyundai Santa Fe. The bill was over 850.00. They even charged 25$ dollars for putting the bill on a credit card, ( NOW WHAT'S UP WITH THAT? ) I know that things are high these days but DAMN!

Comment : I highly recommend Jewell Automotive. Ryan. Who works the front desk and takes the customer's calls. Provides outstanding customer service. He's friendly, engaging, and answers any questions you may have about your vehicle and his place of business where he works at. He keeps you up to date on the process and progress in the servicing of your vehicle. Since I am a first time customer of their's and was looking for another Automotive repair shop that provided not only outstanding mechanic work on any vehicle but really cares about standing behind their work. And not just price gouging the consumer over repairs they may or may not need. Tim, the mechanic, who I met when I only brought my 2008 Nissan Sentra in to see about replacing my worn out front end struts. And to see how much it would cost me in parts and labor. He performed a 25 point free of charge inspection on my car. And found some other things that either needed replacing or repaired. And of those things that he found out on my car needed immediate attention verses those parts that would eventually needed to be replaced or repaired. I opted to have all of those items he found and showed me while my car was on their hoist ; repaired or replaced. Tim did an outstanding job on fixing my car. Another thing that I loved about Jewell Automotive is that they offer, through a third party, the customer to finance the repairs on their vehicle, if they either could pay off or pay later. With no interest within 90 days. I was tempted to do the financing but went ahead instead and paid the repairs in full. However, it's good to know that Jewell Automotive offers the customer that option of financing the repairs on their vehicle. That's my first time of experiencing an Automotive repair business that offered financing on repairs of a vehicle. Ryan and Jewell Automotive showed how much they wanted to earn my business that they offered me a first-time customer a few discounts on their products and services toward the work, repairs, parts on my vehicle. Jewell Automotive stands behind their work and warranties. I can't say enough about my first time experience at Jewell Automotive. Even the other mechanics and staff seemed friendly and didn't mind helping out Tim, the mechanic who worked on my car by pointing out a few things on my car. If you are looking for an Automotive mechanic repair shop that provides outstanding customer service and takes the time out to explain and educate you on any mechanical work about your car. I once again, highly recommend Jewell Automotive. You will not be disappointed.

Comment : When it rains it pours. We've had pretty much all of our cars in for something. Each time the work was done well, and quickly. Car repair is expensive these days, but if you're looking for an honest place to go think Jewell Auto.

Comment : This was such a great experience. I would definitely recommend and come back if I need any work done in the future. Ryan was great the whole time. He communicated with me throughout the whole day aging what was going on and he did not make any decisions without talking to me first. Got my car in and out all within 6hrs.

Everyone I encountered was more than happy to answer any questions I had about repairs/parts. Comment : I had one of the scariest moments of my life when my truck broke down in the middle of the interstate. After I got moved off and onto the service road in called Jewell Auto and spoke with Vicki who was so kind on the phone. She had mechanics waiting on me when the tow truck got us there even though it was almost closing time. I am not from the area and had no clue where anything was nor did I have a way to get anywhere. Being so late in the day I could not have a rental brought to me so she went out of her way to drive my daughter and I all around on a hunt for a rental. Thankfully we found one and we're able to get to a hotel for the night. She called the next morning to make sure we were ok and continued to go above and beyond by helping me get set up with a company to tow my truck 2 hours back to where I live. Everyone I came in contact with at Jewell was super nice and knowledgeable, but Vicki really saved me in so many ways when I was so stressed I could barely think in order to get things done. I have never been through anything like this so had no clue what I was doing, but with her help, we were able to get everything taken care of and also got a much needed hug before starting my journey back home.
