Comment : If I could give them zero stars, I would. Believe every review on here that says these people are liars and crooks. I went by there yesterday for a state inspection. They failed the inspection, and claimed I needed about $2,000 worth of work in order for it to pass. The largest ticket item being my rack and pinion are supposedly leaking steering fluid. My car is steering and turning just fine. I took it to another shop today for a second opinion, and he said That Subaru looks very well taken care of. and it passed inspection with flying colors. Comment : I went to Jerry s twice for a pre-purchase inspection for two different vehicles within a 2 year timeframe. I set an appointment both times before coming in. Melvin at the front desk is great and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, this shop does not put attention to detail on your vehicle and do not stay on schedule.The first time I waited 90 min and was told they could not do my inspection. The second time was better, however as I was cashing out to pay, a couple walked in to also cash out and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes as they were prioritized. I think my assessment is fair. Comment : Just moved back to the area and discovered this gem of an auto repair shop. Melvin at the front desk is personable and communicative. Prices are reasonable and service is great! Definitely our new neighborhood go to for maintenance.

Comment : My son and I needed some quick help. The first place we stopped at was super helpful and nice they just didn t have what we needed to get back on the road. Matt helped us out at Jerry s. Really the entire crew came over to help with our issue. We hung out a bit, chatted and moments later we were back on the road. I know it took a little bit of time but really time flew by. These guys are exceptional and honest. Take your vehicles, from new new to your project classic cars they can fix it all! Seriously these guys are great! Comment : My honest ???fact checkable??? customer experience history shared on other platforms too. Jerry's is a good auto repair shop that found a major problem with my Ford and fixed it when many others shops couldn't. They had came recommended by local Certified Trans and some other nearby specialty repair shops. I have several vehicles and the recommendations are the reason I first went to Jerry???s. Still there is an alarming caveat. Their service is "hit-or-miss." I subsequently took that same vehicle back in for another repair. I???ve listened to other returning customers complain about Jerry???s work while waiting in line. Jerry's had the ability and means to perform my repair work...but just because I didn't accept the "up-sell"...they refused to do the job. So I had to get the work done at another auto repair shop....that was willing to provide creative and better customer service. Jerry's work and cost seemed good and they had been my "go to first" repair shop but there are inconsistent customer care signals now. They are not rude???rather they???re pleasant???so your choice to take the risk.
