Comment : Contacted Jerry’s for same day oil change, tire rotation, alignment and state inspection. They were able to work me in and make a stressful day easy. Didn’t try to up sell me or add on extras that you typically experience. Definitely recommend and will be a returning customer

Comment : Although, they were busy (not surprising). The owner stop and took time to fill a request to help my brother by drilling a hole in a part, to help us get back on the road to Arkansas. We offered to pay but he just said it was his way his way of being a blessing. If I lived in KC, Grandview, Bolton or Raytown, this is where my autos would be serviced.

Comment : I was pleasantly surprised. I had purchased the wrong parts, to be installed on my vehicle. But their mechanic explained to me why & then tracked down the correct ones & installed them for me. It's not very often that you come across mechanics who are honest, down to earth, & truly care for your safety & well being. I highly recommend this business!
