Comment : Jerry's provided great service and friendly customer service paired with a flexible schedule and quick turnaround. Showed up a little early to our inspection appointment, and instead of having us wait until the appointment time, Scott went ahead and got us taken care and I was done and gone in no time. Their front desk guy is extremely friendly and a joy to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

Comment : I took in my Jeep for simple repair seized lug nuts. Was told 1 price which was high then final bill was $200 more than the original high quote. Total $700 to remove seized lug nuts is high. Even though the wheels made it out of the ordinary and the job got done without wheels being damaged I still feel overcharged.

Comment : Everyone that I met was professional and kind. I was amazed how quickly the work was done! They texted me during the day with an update on the progress of their work and any challenges they had run into which I really appreciated. The mechanic was Scott who I would request again. I highly recommend Jerrys Auto for the exceptional work they do!
