Comment : Charged me $1,000 for front brakes. I got estimates afterwords that were half of that. Owner had to write down my Credit Card number so he could run it later at his Pizza Shop. I will never go back.

Comment : they charged me 100$ for a hose that was at max 30$ and 400$ for labor for a job i almost fixed in a parking lot. i only brought it here cause i was 2 hours away from home and needed to repair it to get home just didn’t have time for the adhesive to finish drying while in the parking lot. i paid almost 500$ and the hose broke 30min after we left. one guy was super nice but the other was kinda rude and constantly complained that he had to work on my “crippled car” and told me he was done fiddling with it after replacing a hose i overpaid for. i get it might have been an annoying task to fix, but that’s their job and i paid for it, if he didn’t wanna fix it he should’ve told me that over the phone instead of wasting my time and money

Comment : I will not be bringing anymore vehicles to this place. They charged me 3 x now to fix my truck and I got it home with the same problem. Every time I pick up a car or truck from them it's $800 or more no matter what. I've never spent less than $800 on any vehicle I brought them. Out of all the cars and trucks they have worked on they still wouldn't give me a break. I wish I could give no stars because I would. He will try and send you Free pizza but it's clear in knight town and by the time I want to use it he puts an experation date so you can't use them when you want. This place has gotten me one to many times. Not only that their parking lot will make your car soooo dirty we have to get it detailed every time we go there. No more though. I wish I could give no stars.

Comment : Phil guarantees his work, and parts, 100%. If the part fails, he replaces it, free of charge.

I purchased a replacement alternator for my '97 F150 w/140,000+ miles on it.

Over two years later it failed. True to his word Phil replaced the alternator at no cost, including labor, and thanked me for my business.

I don't think that would have happened at a dealership.

You might find someone cheaper, but good luck, later on down the road, when something goes wrong.

Phil is an honorable businessman, maintaining his reputation and customer loyalty by keeping his word.

When doing business with Phil, you'll have no worries.

Comment : I have a 2012 F150 with a warning light indicating the engine was not coming up to speed quick enough. I suspected a thermostat, but older engines are sometimes difficult to work with. I've used Jenkins in the past, so I decided to take it there again. They fit me in right away, and completed the work the same day. Always friendly and helpful. I can count on them when I need it.

I purchased my 2009 Pilot new, and other than the 1st dealership visit, Jenkins has serviced this vehicle since date of purchase. There have been no issues with the SUV nor the service department and I highly recommend Jenkins. Thank you for keeping me safe and I look forward to many more years of service!
