Comment : I’ve always taken my Rav 4 to the IRA dealership for service but this time decided to give Jeff’s Lex-Toy a try. I was impressed with the level of service at Jeff’s. I did not feel like just a number, like at the always bustling dealership, and I was given clear explanations on what needed to be done with very helpful pictures. Jeff’s actually solved a problem that had been an ongoing issue but had been overlooked by the dealership. Jeff’s will have my business going forward.

Comment : I had a fantastic experience at Jeff’s Lex Toy! They did a fabulous job with my oil change, tire rotation, and a full inspection of my car—10 out of 10 across the board. What really stood out to me was how trustworthy they are. They even found a few things that a previous garage in another state completely missed. I really appreciate their thoroughness and honesty.

Another thing I loved is that they provide a detailed “to-do list” for future maintenance, complete with photos of what they found—whether it’s underneath the car or under the hood. It helps you understand exactly what’s going on and what might need attention down the road, without any pressure.

And the free loaner car while they worked on mine? Huge bonus. It made the whole experience super convenient and didn’t interrupt my day at all. The process was smooth, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and transparent service!
