Comment : I can't rate my experience because no one would see my until next week. All I needed was my tire changed and the man I spoke to said that you all were booked until at least Monday. So that was my experience. He wasn't even nice on the phone. Ya know what I guess I can rate my experience. 1

Comment : I thought everyone was clear and spoke with detail at Jeffs, but not so much that I could not follow. Also all of my questions were answered-and I know I ask a lot! It seems the spark plug change solved the problem! The car is running good. The only thing is I did not get to take advantage of any discounts, either your coupons or AAA. I will remember to speak up or bring the actual coupon with me next time as I was told afterwards that is what you have to do. I did mention that I had received the flyer when I first called as this was my first time at Jeffs--but did not follow up. I guess I was disappointed that no one proactively asked Me if I had any discpunt to apply (like being an AAA member?) or told me to remember to bring the shop coupons when I was paying the shop. (its just helpful more than ever these days to take advantage of savings!!) Otherwise seems like a tried and true shop with good people. Thanks! Best, Barb
