Comment : I've taken both of my Lexuses to Jeff's Automotive over the past 5 years for a variety of reasons, new battery, inspection, emissions, wheel alignment, bulb replacements, rear differential and transfer case fluid replacement, replace rear shocks, and new tires (with my new tires, Jeff's offers free lifetime rotation and balance).
The Service Advisors do a good job of keeping you posted on what needs to be done to your car, what they recommend you do and when your car will be ready and the costs.
I usually take my Lexuses to the dealership for their regular maintenance, but the dealership is far from my house and Jeff's is close, so I'll bring my cars here for other repairs. Their prices are reasonable and they are definitely, by far, cheaper than the Lexus dealership in Allentown. Plus, they are a AAA recommended shop and they offer AAA discounts: 10% off of labor (up to $75 max) and sometimes parts (but it can't be combined with other offers).
Overall, the quality of work is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Id recommend them.

Comment : I've used them 4 times now. Staff are very friendly and helpful when scheduling and Brett especially is super helpful. They managed to squeeze me in on a Saturday morning when I had a bolt in my tire, and did the repair, oil change and tire rotation by 1pm! They've never tried to upsell me and even said some of the items a dealer wanted to do weren't needed yet saving me some $. Work is warrantied for 3 years / 36,000 miles. The 5 oil changes for the price of 3 deal with free tire rotations is a great deal.

Comment : I don't usually give 5 stars reviews. Nobody's perfect. Jeff's is the exception. i have been going there for over 20 years and have never been disappointed . I highly recommend Jeff's for any of your automotive needs.
