Comment : Jeffrey's Automotive recently performed some major suspension-related work on one of my vehicles. Later I noticed some unusual sounds I hadn't noticed prior to the repairs. I called to report the issue and worked with Paul, my service advisor. I brought my vehicle back in. It was thoroughly checked, the needed adjustments were made, and I drove away with full confidence that my vehicle was running as it should. Throughout this process, Paul exhibited a level of customer service I have rarely seen elsewhere. He was actively engaged, communicated frequently, and insisted on riding with me so I could point out the noises I was hearing. My concerns and questions were always taken seriously. Kudos to Paul and the Jeffrey's team for the quality of service they provided!

Comment : Great experience!! People were friendly and kind, very professional. Service was great, one of the best prices I’ve seen for alignment. They weren’t overcharging me. Didn’t have to wait long, they got it done within the timeframe they told me. Love that they played Christian music in the waiting room.
Will definitely be coming back! Thank you Jeffrey’s for what y’all are doing in the community.
