Comment : We were excited to check out a 2022 Honda Passport from this dealer, Brian was a good and honest salesman, but when it came time to crunch the numbers they added in a $2,100 for scratch guard and paint protection and told us it was already on the vehicle and we had no choice but to pay for it. After some more back and forth negotiations the $2,100 somehow disappeared and when we asked about it we were told that it has not been put on yet and we would not be charged for it. We'll that did not make too much since to me and thought they were being dishonest with us, so after several hours in the dealership we walked out and did not feel right about buying a vehicle from them. Honestly goes a long way and we felt they were being dishonest. Over the years we have taken our vehicles in for service and had never had a problem, but it seems like the sales department needs a little more training in the Honestly department before we will be back.

Comment : Visited for my first time due to trying to find a parasitic draw in my car. After spending 5 hours there with very little update, I was presented with a potential fix that equated to $10,200+ dollars for my 2019 Honda Civic with only 66,000 miles on it. They said it had to do with my third party alarm system that the Honda I bought it from in AZ installed. I called the AZ Honda and they said that this dealership was not accurately handling this problem and there was an easy solution. Wyler would not even talk to AZ Honda. I also called the alarm system company while I was at Wyler and they said to leave because Wyler Honda was not being honest or transparent with what they can truly do to help me. I will never go back.
