Comment : I did not have a scheduled appointment and they took care of me right away! AAA towed my vehicle directly to the shop and I got excellent service. The cost of the repair was reasonable and I was called with an estimate prior to any work being performed. I will definitely recommend them for future service!

Comment : I have been coming to Critchlow’s for all my car care needs for years. I would never go anywhere else. Most recently my alternator had gone bad and I was stranded. The tow truck came to assist me quickly and the driver was so kind, caring and helpful. I talked to Joe on Monday regarding my car, he explained in detail what needed to be fixed and why. He is always so nice, and thorough in his explanations. My car is always finished in a timely manner and I have never had any issues.

Comment : Towing process was good when driver finally arrived after about 3 hours, and driver was great. The diagnostic process for determining what caused the issue with my car was not good. They could not provide an answer as to what caused the issue.

Comment : Joe was exceptionally nice, and understanding. Due to Covid and inflation I realize my car cost a little more than it would have cost under normal circumstances. I had a couple of broken brake lines . This job usually can be done in a couple of hours and parts are cheap. Labor is always what gets you for any car repair. I was hoping to pay $2 to $300. but it cost $598.00. The car was towed in on a Saturday night and was finished on a Wednesday. Unfortunately there were many cars ahead of mine. Like I said Joe was very nice., and thanks to Jeff Critchlow my car is fixed and running great.
