Comment : I used JD Auto for years, but my last experience was extremely disappointing. I paid $2,000 for exhaust and AC work and explicitly asked for a safety check on my brakes before a major move with a significantly longer commute to work, only to be told they were completely fine. After picking up my Jeep, I noticed the steering wheel started shaking on the highway and the brakes made a loud thumping noise, issues that were not present before. To top it off, the car was returned covered in wood dust with a new scratch on the body.

While they initially offered to look at the brakes and fix the scratch, their communication completely fell apart. I replied twice to set up a time to bring the car back and was ignored both times. After moving, my new mechanic immediately caught that I needed brand-new rotors. Brakes are a critical safety issue, and missing bad rotors during a requested safety check is unacceptable. It saddens me to leave a bad review for a shop I used to trust, but I was left with an unsafe car and ghosted when I tried to get it resolved.

Comment : I honestly can?t say enough good things about this shop. From the moment I called, they were professional, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. It?s hard to find mechanics you feel you can truly trust, but these guys earned that trust very quickly.

I can’t say enough great things about J&D Auto...James, went above and beyond to diagnose and fix an issue with my food truck that even the GMC dealership couldn’t figure out. He took the time to really look into the problem and made sure everything was done right. Karen at the front desk was also wonderful. So kind, professional, and easy to work with. It’s rare to find a shop that treats you with this level of care and respect. I highly recommend J&D Auto to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and knowledgeable service. They’ve definitely earned my trust...🙌🏽
