Comment : On my way home, the alternator in my truck went. I was broke down on the side of the road and needed a tow service to bring my truck approximately 30 mins to my house. From a quick google search, I was able to locate JC Towing & Auto in Vineland and give them a call. They agreed to tow my truck and transport my girlfriend and I home. Upon arrival, I noticed the truck had a dolly and not a flat bed which should be used with a 4x4 pick up truck (this will be key in the story later). During the ride home, the driver was on the phone the entire time texting. At one point, I had to ask him if he could please put the phone down and focus on the road. Finally, we arrived at my home and are pulling in the drive way. As the driver makes the turn, I hear a screeching sound and look behind me to see what was happening. As we made the sharp turn into the driveway, the hitch from the tow truck dug into my truck bed resulting in a huge dent and multiple scratches. As the driver gets out, he stated, " Oh man, I'm going to get into trouble for this". Initially apologetic, the driver began to back peddle and quickly began to deny all responsibility. Quickly, I decided to call the state police and make a report. I called multiple times to speak to the owner to rectify the situation. Basically, I was given the run around and told " we'll call you back later". After weeks of call and emails I ultimately had to proceed with small claims court. I WOULD NOT recommend this company by any means. I wouldn't trust them them to tow a matchbox car let alone your personal vehicle. If I could give them a zero rating I would. For the peace of mind, please spend a little more money and go with a reputable company. After a little investigating on the better business bureau, I found that this is not an isolated incident.

Comment : My wife and I purchase a vehicle from UA Auto gentlemen was very polite and great.30 days later our vehicle was at a mechanic shop down the street at JC Towing they are calling themselves Vineland Towing Spoke with Bill about our vehicle and it???s still there can never reach the owner all scams and lies stay far away from this company....Company no longer exists stay away don???t make the same mistake we did

Comment : The worst of all!! They are not responsible!! One of the towing drivers took over with a vehicle and dragged a guy over 15 feet and took off unresponsive. It happened today 8-26-2019 like 11am. Crazy in Vineland NJ.

Comment : Quick response and even faster service. My wheel fell off from a sloppy tire job and I needed a tow truck asap. These guys were the most knowledgeable and professional out of the bunch, and also fast and affordable!
