Comment : Beware! I had my car in there for a specific problem. They offered a free inspection and sent a list of repairs I supposedly needed. I got scared off when they offered an oil change, which I knew was not yet due, for $50 more than I pay my regular shop. They also recommended new tires all the way around. When I took the car to my regular guy, I learned that my tires have more than 60% tread depth left. You can?t trust these people. I?m not even going to get into the crazy amount of time it took to get one repair done, or the inconsistent communication.

Comment : Appreciate JC Motors taking our car on after an electrical problem left us stranded at an auto parts store. They worked diligently to get us up and running quickly, spending extra time to diagnose every possible problem and correcting them to our satisfaction. And- they are a LOT closer to us than our dealer! We'll definitely be back!

Comment : The crew at JC motors did a huge job for my old Ford F150. It needed a new engine and loads of other services to get it mechanically safe for a reliable back. They worked very hard and helped keep the cost close to their original estimate which I’m so grateful for! Wonderful customer service and explained everything in layman’s terms without making me feel uncomfortable. A Big Thank You for all your help!
