Comment : The brake work and oil change were great and completed on time. But what I experienced and what I observed is that at least one of their guys uses scare tactics to try to sell you more repairs that you may not really need.

Comment : WOW. YES. The staff is constantly developing and learning latest systems - they keep up. They are really big on Photo evidence as well. Out of all the inspections I have ever had this one is the most thorough and they caught things that no one else caught. Turns out my transmission also has a differential connected to it which is unusual and easy to miss with the transmission so no one ever checked the fluid. Anyways I appreciate them and I'm going to be coming back. I forgot to mention they also made sure that my car is worth keeping and they did an engine health check as well. They do major health checks before every major repair to make sure nothing else is really wrong. I highly recommend them if not for First Service then for a second opinion. The only reason I'm giving them five stars is because I can't give them six

Comment : We have been taking our two cars to JC Motors for several years. They do amazing work. We are trying to purchase a cheap used car for our daughter and Peter has saved our bacon! He has vetted possible cars with used car dealers, reviewed CarFax and inspected the vehicles. The repairs on the vehicle my daughter wanted would have cost two times the price of the car! He has been going so above and beyond and is really invested in this process you would think he was buying the car! He has definitely earned out loyalty! Thank you Peter!

Comment : I'm sorry but I cannot leave a review on this business. What I can do is tell you factual information which is I took the car in to get my brakes done and my oil changed. I got my oil changed for around $78. They never addressed the issue with my brakes. They performed a no-cost diagnostic inspection as I was a new customer to build my history, I was told. I took my car in on a Thursday at 9:00 a.m. and did not and could not get my car back until 4:47 p.m. the next day.

It was not a pleasant experience. It was very stressful as the shop NEVER CALLED ME BACK EVER DURING THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE UNTIL THE LAST DAY WHEN THEY CALLED AND SAID I COULD COME GET MY CAR.

But I got scolded for calling five times which was the reason I was told it was taking too long.

Comment : JC Motors completed what amounted to a complete restoration on my 2005 BMW convertible. The car has sentimental value, so I didn't want just anyone doing the work on it. They addressed everything, down to the finest details, treating my car like it was their own. Peter listened and understood what I wanted and made it all happen. The quality of their work and their customer service was exceptional. I've recommended them to my friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

Comment : Beware! I had my car in there for a specific problem. They offered a free inspection and sent a list of repairs I supposedly needed. I got scared off when they offered an oil change, which I knew was not yet due, for $50 more than I pay my regular shop. They also recommended new tires all the way around. When I took the car to my regular guy, I learned that my tires have more than 60% tread depth left. You can?t trust these people. I?m not even going to get into the crazy amount of time it took to get one repair done, or the inconsistent communication.
