Comment : Dishonest mechanic. Took a car for pre inspection and this is what I got in the report. Inaccurate info and not how a PPI should look like. Waisted 2 hrs and $150
He’s asking the buyer to check engine, brakes and so on??? So what’s your job and point of inspection

Comment : I called in from out of state to help my son who is in Portland. I spoke with Mel he had the best customer service. I actually called back a few times and he was always happy to help. Patient, kind, not in a hurry. My son did go in also dealt with Mel he got his diagnostic finally after a few mechanics later got an answer that made sense. He was honest about the problem and job that had to be done. I just appreciate the help and kindness. We will be coming back for future car troubles. Thank you.
