Comment : I took my pickup to get checked out because of an odd sound coming from the engine. They told me they would have to run the diagnostic test and see what came up. At the end of the day it came out to be a missing bolt, that they replaced at no cost! Plus, Thank you to Vanessa for setting me up, and super friendly!

Thank you, Sam!

Comment : ????? I highly recommend Jay's Automotive (Lomaland Dr) !!! They diagnosed the faulty fuel pump and other components on my 2006 Ford Explorer that other mechanics couldn't identify for almost two months, costing me money on unnecessary parts. Jay's Automotive was professional, honest, they listened carefully to my concerns, took the time to find the real problem, got my truck fixed within just a few days, and they provided a reasonable estimate.

I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism of the entire team. I'm so glad I finally found a trustworthy shop that delivers excellent service at a fair price. Thank you, Jay's Automotive! ????
