Comment : At first everyone was very friendly and professional, but after I dropped my car off, I got no communication. Ryan Roman said he would call back in 5 - 10 minutes and I had to call 50 minutes later. After they weren't able to handle a handle repair in one day, when I was promised a call letting me know the plan for the second day, I didn't hear anything for five hours. Whatever they did made it so that I couldn't use the remote start, but to them this wasn't their problem and I just "don't understand how car repair works," according to the manager, who yelled at me. Honestly, it seems like it was a little skit to be exaggeratedly terrible so that I wouldn't pay, and drive the car of the lot, and then they could have called the police or reported me to my insurance or whatever. I didn't let that happen. Avoid this place if you want respect, clear communication, and fairness.

Comment : I wish I would have taken my truck to Jay Walton right after the accident in Jan 2024, but I took it two other places that tried to rip me off and had the worst experience of my life! They and the other driver's insurance company totaled my truck and even tried to convince me that my truck's frame was bent! And after 7 months dealing with those 2 other companies and giving them almost $10,000 my truck still wasn't fixed!
A co-worker told me about Jay Walton and promised me they would take care of me and my truck.....and
Jay Walton to the rescue!
Even though they were given a truck that was missing the entire front end, they were brave and knowledgeable to take on the challenge! Not only did Jay Walton do the diagnostics to discover if my truck's frame was bent, they proved it was not! And they never tried to take advantage of me or be dishonest. Ryan kept in touch with me with updates and was always quick to find out answers and address any issues that came up. Best of all, Jay Walton had my truck completely repaired in 2 months! And my truck looked better than it did before the accident! I can't thank them enough for turning a horrible nightmare into a positive experience with a very happy ending!!!

Comment : I was quoted a much longer time to have the work take and higher price than what was the final. While this isn’t always the case, it was a great surprise to get a call a week earlier and find out that the costs were lower!! To me, that means they are honest with their work and didn’t try to pull anything shady like a lesser company could have without me knowing. I don’t know anything about cars and don’t pretend to, so having them be honest is everything. I appreciate all Ryan and everyone at Jay Walton’s did for me. We’ll definitely continue to take our vehicles here for any other body work in the future. Great work and even better customer care.

Comment : Great job done efficiently. very professional and nice folks. Everything worked out smoothly with my insurance too. Had a front fender and wheel well protectors replaced on my 2019 hyundai ionic hybrid.
