Comment : My Audi A5 was in a minor collision which damaged the driver’s side, denting the front quarter panel, front door, front wheel, and scraping the rear quarter panel. Based on the almost universally very positive reviews of JWA, I took my car in for a repair estimate. Ryan R. evaluated the damages and gave me an estimate that was a couple thousand dollars less than the body shop that the Audi dealership had recommended, and the estimated repair time was also weeks less, plus they could start on it in a few days instead of the month I would have had to wait for that other shop to start working on it. So I chose JWA. The work was done and I got the car back a few days earlier than the estimated time. But the most important thing is the quality of the repair work, which was outstanding! The car looks brand new now, as if it had never been in that collision. They were able to match and blend in the white metallic paint and clear coat so well you can’t tell by looking which part has been repainted. All the dents and scrapes are gone, including the ones on the aluminum wheel. I am very pleased with the work they did. Finally, the people I interacted with at JWA were all very nice, very professional, and I had no problem communicating with them during the entire process..

Comment : My grandparents swore by this shop. Growing up, it was the only place they trusted with their vehicles—and now, 20–30 years later, I’m continuing the tradition. I can’t say enough good things about Jay Walton Auto. Have there been a few mistakes over the years? Sure—but nobody’s perfect. What matters is how they handle it, and they’ve always owned up and worked to make things right. That kind of genuine, honest approach is exactly what I hope for whenever I do business with anyone. Besides those few hiccups, their work is outstanding. They’ve gone above and beyond, and that kind of care is hard to find these days. I trust them, and I’ll keep coming back.

Comment : I had Jay Walton (JW) repair scratches to the right side, rear, fender assembly of my 2022 Tundra 1894 Edition. I worked with Ryan Roman. He explained the process for repairing the scratches and quickly developed an estimate. I received an estimate from another body shop for estimate verification and JW was about $200 lower. The work was completed in a timely manner and of the highest quality. I selected JW because I have used them in the past with great satisfaction. It also takes the guess work out of selecting and qualifying a new body shop. I highly recommend JW for any of your auto-body and paint repairs.
