Comment : So I took my Toyota 4Runner to Jay Walton?s for repair after hitting a deer in the mountains and they did a great job other then the tech that worked on my car forgot to put one of the running boards back on which i understand stuff happens. But this is where it gets interesting lol?how I don?t know but I didn?t even notice it was missing till almost 2 years later so I called Jay Walton?s when I did finally notice and I was almost positive they would not do anything about it considering it was 2 years later but to my surprise they ordered me not one but two brand new running boards so they match and installed them both at no additional cost to me! Now as a small business owner myself this is customer service at its finest! Thanks Jay Walton?s automotive for making this right that speaks volumes! Hopefully I don?t hit anymore deer but if I do i definitely will be a returning customer!

Comment : I know of Jay Walton because my boyfriend had his car fixed there a couple of years ago when he was involved in a car accident and they left his car like new. From the moment I called to ask if they could take my car, I dealt with the nicest, most professional people. You can tell they truly love what they do and they are very knowledgeable. I had zero issues while they had my car and they fixed it perfectly. This is a very trustworthy place.
