Comment : Awful service, a month after I received my car back I start having all these mechanical issues to discover they ZIP TIED my transmission control module. Which caused further damage to wires and now they are refusing to cover a rental car while my car is out of commission from their negligence. What reputable auto body shop zip ties electrical wire instead of fixing the module in the first place? There is no excuse for their behavior and I hope no one goes to them. They are also trying to claim these cut wires were already present and the zip ties was not the ultimate cause. Then why was I able to still drive my car from november 2024 to february 2025 without any mechanical issues. But within a month of getting my car back in Late February I had to get 3 tow trucks and was stranded for hours on different occasions. You guys know exactly who I am and Roger you were entirely useless. As a "Proudly Family Owned & Operated Business" you guys should do better and actually help your customers.
