Comment : Awful service, a month after I received my car back I start having all these mechanical issues to discover they ZIP TIED my transmission control module. Which caused further damage to wires and now they are refusing to cover a rental car while my car is out of commission from their negligence. What reputable auto body shop zip ties electrical wire instead of fixing the module in the first place? There is no excuse for their behavior and I hope no one goes to them. They are also trying to claim these cut wires were already present and the zip ties was not the ultimate cause. Then why was I able to still drive my car from november 2024 to february 2025 without any mechanical issues. But within a month of getting my car back in Late February I had to get 3 tow trucks and was stranded for hours on different occasions. You guys know exactly who I am and Roger you were entirely useless. As a "Proudly Family Owned & Operated Business" you guys should do better and actually help your customers.

I couldn t be happier with their job!Context, someone crashed into my car and damaged the front-left side (bumper, front light and left pane). My Subaru dealership recommended to work with them.And the results are 1. HIGH QUALITY: They did a FANTASTIC JOB fixing my car. It looks like new! See the attached pictures. These guys are artists!2. FAST: I left my car for inspection, and they had it ready in two weeks! Including inspection, estimate approval with insurance, sourcing parts, painting and fixing. Whereas other bodyshops could start working on my car in three weeks.3. GREAT SERVICE: They work with you on your needs and budget. On top of that, they are very nice and responsive. Roger is your man!4. SEAMLESS INSURANCE: They worked very smoothly and timely with Geico.At the beginning, I was a bit hesitant because of their 3.9 stars, but after reading their recent reviews, I decided to give them a shot. Totally worth it. Can t stress enough how much I recommend these guys. If you are on the fence, give them a shot!FANTASTIC JOB! High quality, fast, great service and straightforward with insurance.
