Comment : This is the single best mechanic I have ever used over the long term in my lifetime in any state I have lived. The whole family is organized and communicates well. I used to live in south Windsor and they worked on my grandmothers tiny SLK, I used them to fix my girlfriends Toyota multiple times, and now my tiny Nissan for years. I live at the CT shore now and I drive back and forth to bring my car there. Why? Because they always explain things clearly and they don't fix things if that are not needed. I have also seen them do it to others, while waiting in the waiting area, telling them over the phone the service is not due yet or it the car did not need to be fixed at this time. When they do identify problems they fix them reasonably and properly. This kind of trust I have in Jarvis makes them invaluable as a mechanic. I send every person i can to Jarvis. If I could give six stars I would.

Comment : My wife and I have brought our cars to this business for about 3 years now. From start to finish this shop is courteous and fair. The ladies in the front not only are courteous but very professional with knowledge of cars. I know first hand the owner and his staff care about people's well being. We drive 20 minutes to get to them because it's worth it versus going somewhere closer. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality job from an honest group.

Comment : This place is garbage don’t bring your car here for anything!!!!!! My car sat in the parking lot for over a month before they even look into the problem and when they did look at my car they could not figure out what was wrong with my car and recommended buying several parts which I did that costed me over $600 and they still didn’t fixed my car. After my car sat there for over a month I finally had it towed to the dealer and they fixed my car in 2hrs. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP YOUR GOING TO BE VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED BELIEVE ME. Especially not a Tesla or any car of any kind.
